JATIMTIMES - Video yang memperlihatkan seorang guru berstatus aparatur sipil negara (ASN) bersama suaminya digerebek warga di Kota Tanjungbalai, Sumatera Utara, viral di media sosial. Pasangan tersebut diduga terlibat dalam kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap seorang murid sekolah dasar (SD).

Dalam video yang beredar pada Kamis (23/7/2026) memperlihatkan puluhan warga berkumpul di depan sebuah rumah. Tak lama kemudian, seorang perempuan berseragam ASN bersama seorang pria yang disebut sebagai suaminya keluar dari rumah dengan pengawalan.

Suasana sempat memanas. Sejumlah warga yang emosi terlihat melayangkan pukulan kepada pasangan tersebut sebelum akhirnya aparat kepolisian melakukan pengamanan.

"Heboh di Tanjungbalai guru PNS diduga bawa murid laki-laki kepada suaminya untuk disodomi." Demikian narasi dalam video. 

Informasi yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber menyebut korban merupakan seorang anak laki-laki yatim piatu yang masih duduk di bangku kelas V SD dan bersekolah di tempat guru berinisial AIK mengajar.

Kasus tersebut diduga bermula pada Mei 2026 di sebuah rumah di Jalan Burhanuddin, Kelurahan Perjuangan, Kecamatan Teluk Nibung, Kota Tanjungbalai. AIK diduga memanfaatkan kedekatannya sebagai guru untuk membawa korban ke rumahnya. Di lokasi itulah korban diduga mengalami kekerasan seksual yang diduga dilakukan oleh suami AIK berinisial AD.

Perkara itu mulai terungkap setelah korban tidak masuk sekolah selama hampir dua pekan. Kondisi tersebut membuat ibu angkat korban merasa curiga hingga membawa anak tersebut menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan di sebuah klinik.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan medis muncul dugaan bahwa korban mengalami kekerasan seksual. Temuan itu kemudian dilaporkan kepada aparat penegak hukum untuk ditindaklanjuti.

Kepala Lingkungan V Kelurahan Perjuangan, Sadam Husin Hasibuan, membenarkan warga mengetahui dugaan kasus tersebut setelah hasil pemeriksaan medis terhadap korban. Menurutnya, kabar itu dengan cepat menyebar di lingkungan sekitar hingga viral di media sosial dan memicu kemarahan masyarakat.

Rabu (22/7/2026) malam harinya, ratusan warga mendatangi rumah yang disebut sebagai tempat tinggal pasangan tersebut. Massa meminta agar terduga pelaku segera diproses secara hukum.

Situasi yang sempat memanas membuat aparat kepolisian turun tangan untuk mengamankan lokasi sekaligus mengevakuasi AIK dan AD ke Mapolres Tanjungbalai. Sejumlah warga bahkan ikut mendatangi Mapolres guna mendesak agar kasus tersebut diproses secara serius.

Menanggapi viralnya kasus tersebut, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tanjungbalai menyatakan masih menunggu hasil penyidikan kepolisian sebelum mengambil langkah administratif terhadap AIK yang berstatus PPPK Paruh Waktu.

Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tanjungbalai, Bukhori Ginting, mengatakan pihaknya belum dapat menyimpulkan keterlibatan AIK karena proses hukum masih berjalan. Ia menjelaskan, apabila nantinya terbukti terlibat, penanganan kepegawaian akan dikoordinasikan bersama Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) serta Inspektorat sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Bukhori mengungkapkan laporan mengenai persoalan tersebut sebenarnya sudah diterima Dinas Pendidikan sejak akhir Juni 2026 melalui kepala sekolah tempat AIK mengajar. Saat itu, pihak sekolah menyampaikan laporan awal yang kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan pemanggilan kepala sekolah untuk dimintai klarifikasi.

"Tetapi belakangan desas-desus beredar di masyarakat guru berinisial AIK dikaitkan keikutsertaannya dalam permasalahan yang diduga dilakukan suaminya," kata Bukhori, dikutip Antara, Kamis (23/7/2026).

Ia mengatakan Dinas Pendidikan juga telah meminta keterangan dari keluarga korban maupun AIK. Menurut Bukhori, keluarga korban menyebut AIK diduga memiliki keterlibatan dalam peristiwa tersebut. Sementara AIK membantah seluruh tuduhan yang dialamatkan kepadanya.

"Sampai kepada tahap ini kami belum dapat menyimpulkan bagaimana perlakuan kami kepada guru tersebut, namun karena meresahkan masyarakat, kami sudah berkoordinasi dengan BKPSDM untuk proses atau penanganan selanjutnya," ujar Bukhori.

Sementara itu, Inspektur Daerah Kota Tanjungbalai Indra Halomoan Nasution menegaskan aspek pidana akan ditangani kepolisian, sedangkan dugaan pelanggaran disiplin ASN menjadi kewenangan Dinas Pendidikan, Inspektorat, dan BKPSDM.

"Yang bersangkutan merupakan salah satu ASN (PPPK), tentunya dalam hal ini kami dari Inspektorat lebih dulu menyesuaikan hasil dari Dinas Pendidikan. Disdik harus melakukan penanganan dan klarifikasi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi," kata Indra.

Kepala BKPSDM Kota Tanjungbalai Ahmad Suang Kupon membenarkan AIK berstatus PPPK Paruh Waktu. Menurutnya, setelah pemeriksaan internal selesai dilakukan Inspektorat, hasilnya akan menjadi dasar penentuan sanksi.

"Jika terbukti bersalah, yang bersangkutan bisa dikenakan sanksi atau hukuman disiplin atas rekomendasi Tim. Sanksi terberatnya adalah pemecatan," katanya.
