JATIMTIMES - Seorang pria lanjut usia berinisial AP (61) diamankan Satreskrim Polresta Malang Kota setelah diduga melakukan tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap seorang anak perempuan berusia 7 tahun di wilayah Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Sukun. Peristiwa yang diduga terjadi pada Selasa (21/7/2026) sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB itu terungkap setelah korban menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya kepada keluarga.
Berbekal laporan polisi yang diterima pada 22 Juli 2026, penyidik bergerak cepat mengamankan terduga pelaku, mengumpulkan barang bukti, serta memberikan pendampingan medis dan psikologis kepada korban sebagai bagian dari proses penegakan hukum dan perlindungan anak.

Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota, Ipda Lukman Sobhikin mengatakan kasus ini menjadi perhatian serius karena melibatkan korban yang masih di bawah umur. Saat laporan diterima, Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) langsung bergerak melakukan penyelidikan.
“Setiap laporan yang berkaitan dengan anak kami tangani secara cepat. Fokus kami tidak hanya mengungkap dugaan tindak pidananya, tetapi juga memastikan korban memperoleh perlindungan dan pendampingan selama proses hukum berlangsung,” kata Lukman, Jumat (24/7/2026).
Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan awal, peristiwa itu diduga terjadi pada Selasa (21/7/2026) sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB di sebuah rumah di Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Sukun. Saat itu korban sedang membeli jajanan di sekitar lokasi sebelum diduga dipanggil oleh terlapor dengan iming-iming uang.
Setelah berhasil meninggalkan lokasi, korban menceritakan peristiwa yang dialaminya kepada keluarga. Informasi tersebut akhirnya diteruskan kepada orang tua korban hingga kasus tersebut dilaporkan ke kepolisian.
Polisi juga mengungkap adanya perubahan perilaku yang dialami korban setelah kejadian. Korban disebut menjadi lebih pendiam, mudah ketakutan, mengalami gangguan tidur, hingga tidak berani pergi ke kamar mandi seorang diri.
Untuk mendukung proses pembuktian, korban telah menjalani pemeriksaan medis berupa visum et repertum serta pemeriksaan psikologis di Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar (RSSA) Malang. Selama proses tersebut, korban mendapat pendampingan dari Unit PPA.
Selain mengamankan terduga pelaku, penyidik menyita sejumlah barang bukti yang berkaitan dengan perkara. Polisi juga melibatkan personel Satsamapta untuk mengamankan situasi karena sempat muncul reaksi dari warga sekitar yang mengetahui kasus tersebut.

Dalam proses penyelidikan, polisi juga memperoleh informasi bahwa terduga pelaku diduga pernah melakukan perbuatan serupa terhadap anak lain pada 2023. Namun, dugaan kasus tersebut tidak berlanjut ke ranah hukum karena diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan.
“Informasi tersebut masih kami dalami sebagai bagian dari penyidikan. Kami mengimbau masyarakat agar tidak ragu melapor apabila mengetahui atau mengalami tindak pidana terhadap anak. Semakin cepat dilaporkan, semakin cepat pula korban bisa mendapatkan perlindungan,” terang Lukman.
Atas perbuatannya, AP disangkakan melanggar Pasal 415 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.
Polresta Malang Kota menegaskan akan terus mengedepankan penanganan perkara secara profesional serta memberikan perlindungan maksimal kepada korban anak melalui pendampingan hukum, medis, maupun psikologis hingga proses peradilan selesai.
