JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) melalukan survei lapangan atas pengajuan izin minol golongan A. Surat atau penelitian lapangan ini dilakukan ke pelaku usaha Dinasty Cafe yang izinnya telah mati atau kedaluwarsa. 

Kegiatan survei ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari Disperindag, Disbudpar, DPMPTSP dan Satpol-PP Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan  Tulungagung Fajar Widariyanto menyampaikan bahwa hasil survei yang dilakukan telah dibuatkan berita acara. 

Berita acara ini mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan No 33 Tahun 2025 dan Perda Tulungagung No 4 Tahun 2011. "Pelaku usaha memproses perpanjangan izin SKPL A yang izin tersebut mati pada bulan Januari 2026," ungkapnya. 

Menurut dia, pelaku usaha yang disurvek telah menjalankan kegiatan usaha karaoke.  "Dalam peraturan kepariwisataan terbaru, karaoke dapat memproses PB UMKU penjual langsung minuman beralkohol. Sedangkan di dalam perda, karaoke tidak termasuk ke tempat yang boleh menjual minuman beralkohol," ujarnya, Jumat (05/6/2026). 

Menurut Fajar, perizinan karaoke Dinasty Cafe, yaitu nomor induk berusaha (NIB), telah terbit dengan resiko menengah rendah.

Terdapat ketentuan jarak sekurang-kurangnya 200 meter dari tempat ibadah, sekolah, rumah sakit, kantor pemerintahan pada Plperda ini.  "Sehingga ditemukan terdapat beberapa lokasi-lokasi tersebut di atas kurang dari 200 meter," terangnya.
