JATIMTIMES – Ning Ghyta Eka Puspita kembali menorehkan prestasi membanggakan dengan meraih penghargaan kategori Puspa Cita dalam ajang Anugerah Puspa Bangsa 2026 yang diselenggarakan oleh Kompas TV. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung pada Selasa (21/4/2026) di Menara 1 Kompas, Palmerah, Jakarta Pusat.
Anugerah Puspa Bangsa merupakan ajang penghargaan bagi perempuan Indonesia yang dinilai memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Dalam ajang ini terdapat beberapa kategori penghargaan, yakni Puspa Pertiwi, Puspa Bangsa, Puspa Pesona, Puspa Adidaya, Puspa Cita, Puspa Adhikara, dan Puspa Nawasena.

Kategori Puspa Cita sendiri diberikan kepada Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK tingkat kabupaten/kota yang dinilai berhasil menggerakkan pemberdayaan keluarga dan masyarakat. Selain Kabupaten Jember, penghargaan kategori ini juga diberikan kepada daerah lain, yaitu Kabupaten Dairi (Provinsi Sumatera Utara), Kabupaten Puncak (Provinsi Papua Tengah), dan Kota Balikpapan.
Bagi Ning Ghyta, penghargaan ini bukan sekadar simbol prestasi, melainkan bentuk pengakuan atas gerakan pemberdayaan perempuan yang tumbuh dari masyarakat. Melalui peran aktifnya di Tim Penggerak PKK Kabupaten Jember, ia mengedepankan pendekatan kolaboratif dengan menempatkan keluarga sebagai pusat perubahan.
“Bagi saya, banyak persoalan di daerah berakar dari keluarga. Karena itu PKK hadir untuk mendampingi, membersamai, dan menguatkan perempuan agar mampu menjadi penggerak dari lingkup terkecil,” ujarnya.
Salah satu program unggulan yang diinisiasi adalah Mlijo Cinta, yang terintegrasi dengan Dekranasda sebagai ruang konsultasi dan pendampingan bagi pelaku usaha perempuan. Program ini memberikan layanan mulai dari pengurusan izin usaha, pengembangan desain produk, hingga strategi pengemasan, sehingga menjadi semacam “klinik usaha” bagi perempuan yang ingin berkembang.
Selain itu, Ning Ghyta juga memperkuat program 1200 tenaga kesehatan (nakes) melalui sinergi lintas sektor. Dalam hal ini, PKK berperan sebagai jembatan antara kebijakan pemerintah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya dalam peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak.
Ia menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan berbagai program tidak lepas dari kolaborasi berbagai pihak, mulai dari pemerintah daerah, organisasi perempuan, hingga komunitas seperti Pramuka.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Ning Ghyta turut menyampaikan bahwa penghargaan yang diraihnya merupakan milik bersama seluruh perempuan di Kabupaten Jember.

“Penghargaan ini saya dedikasikan untuk seluruh perempuan luar biasa di Kabupaten Jember, khususnya para kader PKK, kader posyandu, dan anggota Dekranasda yang telah bekerja dengan sepenuh hati,” ungkapnya.
Acara ini juga dihadiri sejumlah tokoh perempuan nasional, di antaranya Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Arifatul Choiri Fauzi, Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital Meutya Hafid, Wakil Menteri Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Keluarga Indonesia Ratu Ayu Isyana Bagoes Oka, serta Wakil Menteri Pariwisata Ni Luh Puspa.
Di akhir, Ning Ghyta mengajak perempuan Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Jember, untuk terus berkembang dan beradaptasi dengan kemajuan zaman.
“Jadilah versi terbaik dari diri sendiri. Manfaatkan teknologi untuk hal-hal yang membawa kebaikan. Perempuan memiliki peran luar biasa dalam membentuk generasi masa depan, baik di ruang publik maupun dalam keluarga,” tuturnya. (*)
