JATIMTIMES - Program Koperasi Desa (Kopdes) Merah Putih yang digadang sebagai penggerak ekonomi desa justru ramai diperdebatkan di media sosial. Di satu sisi, program ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat UMKM dan ketahanan pangan. Namun di sisi lain, muncul gelombang skeptisisme dari publik.

Riset terbaru dari BeData Technology menunjukkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap program ini belum sepenuhnya terbentuk. Berdasarkan pemantauan percakapan digital yang dilakukan BeData periode 28 Maret hingga 5 April 2026, opini publik cenderung terbelah antara harapan dan kekhawatiran.

Hasil penelitian BeData, perbincangan paling panas terjadi di TikTok. Dalam laporan tersebut, sentimen negatif mencapai 59%, jauh melampaui sentimen positif yang hanya berada di angka 14%.

Puncak percakapan terjadi pada 3 April 2026, saat banyak pengguna menyuarakan kekhawatiran mereka terhadap implementasi program tersebut.

"Secara umum, di TikTok sentimen negatif mendominasi baik dari jumlah likes maupun engagement, menunjukkan tingginya ketidakpuasan publik," tulis laporan BeData Technology, dikutip Sabtu (18/4/2026).

Sementara itu di X, pola percakapan terlihat sedikit berbeda. Mayoritas unggahan bernada netral dengan persentase sekitar 55%.

Meski begitu, konten bernada negatif justru lebih cepat menyebar. Kritik terhadap program ini lebih banyak mendapatkan interaksi dan retweet dibandingkan informasi yang bersifat netral.

Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isu Kopdes Merah Putih cukup sensitif dan mudah menuai diskusi di ruang digital.

Dari analisis kata kunci yang ditemukan BeData, muncul sejumlah kekhawatiran masyarakat. Kata seperti “korupsi”, “anggaran”, dan “proyek” menjadi yang paling sering muncul dalam percakapan negatif.

Kondisi ini mencerminkan kekhawatiran publik terhadap potensi penyalahgunaan dana atau proyek yang berakhir tidak maksimal.

Selain itu, muncul pula bayang-bayang pengalaman masa lalu, seperti program koperasi di era sebelumnya yang dinilai tidak berjalan optimal. Hal ini ikut memengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat saat ini.

Di sisi lain, percakapan netral banyak menyinggung kata seperti “kelurahan” dan “babinsa”, yang memberi kesan program berjalan secara birokratis atau dari atas ke bawah (top-down).

Meski kritik cukup dominan, bukan berarti masyarakat sepenuhnya menolak. Masih ada kelompok yang melihat program ini sebagai peluang.

Kata kunci seperti “ekonomi”, “produk lokal”, dan “memajukan” muncul dalam sentimen positif. Artinya, publik tetap berharap program ini bisa memberikan dampak baik, terutama dalam menekan harga kebutuhan pokok dan mendorong ekonomi desa.

Dalam laporannya, BeData Technology memberikan sejumlah catatan bagi pemerintah agar program ini tidak kehilangan kepercayaan publik. Mulai dari pentingnya menunjukkan hasil di lapangan, memperkuat transparansi anggaran, hingga memastikan manfaat program benar-benar dirasakan masyarakat.

"Intinya, masalahnya bukan pada konsep koperasi, tetapi pada rendahnya kepercayaan terhadap implementasinya," tutup laporan BeData Technology.
