JATIMTIMES - Suasana berbeda terasa di Batu Secret Zoo saat peringatan Hari Kartini, Selasa (21/4/2026). Bukan sekadar perayaan, pengunjung justru diajak lebih dekat dengan satwa lewat cara yang interaktif dan menyenangkan lewat Kartinian with Diah.

Anak-anak hingga pengunjung tampak antusias mengikuti berbagai aktivitas yang dikemas santai namun sarat edukasi. Momen ini juga sekaligus menjadi perayaan ulang tahun pertama Diah, seekor anak gajah Sumatera satwa endemik Indonesia yang dilindungi dan memiliki peran penting dalam ekosistem.

Di area kandang gajah, perhatian pengunjung tertuju pada Diah yang mendapatkan hadiah tumpeng buah. Aksi tersebut bukan hanya mengundang gemas, tetapi juga menjadi sarana mengenalkan bagaimana satwa dirawat dan diberi stimulasi.

Tak hanya melihat dari dekat, pengunjung juga berkesempatan mengikuti aktivitas interaktif seperti special feeding yang memberikan pengalaman langsung berinteraksi dengan gajah.

Salah satu pengunjung asal Malang, Rina Wahyuni (32), mengaku pengalaman tersebut menjadi momen berkesan bagi anaknya. “Anak saya senang sekali, apalagi bisa lihat gajah dari dekat. Biasanya cuma lihat di video, sekarang bisa langsung, jadi lebih ngerti juga,” kata Rina.

Ia menilai konsep kegiatan ini berbeda dari kunjungan wisata biasa. “Menurut saya ini bagus, karena anak-anak jadi belajar tanpa merasa diajarin. Mereka happy, tapi juga dapat pengetahuan tentang satwa,” imbuhnya.

Sementara itu, Manajer Marketing dan Public Relations Jawa Timur Park Group, Titik S. Ariyanto, mengungkapkan kegiatan ini memang dirancang untuk menghadirkan pengalaman wisata yang lebih bermakna.  Sehingga pengunjung bisa berinteraksi langsung sekaligus memahami pentingnya konservasi satwa Indonesia.

“Melalui campaign Kartinian with Diah, kami ingin menghadirkan pengalaman liburan yang lebih bermakna bagi anak dan keluarga. Tidak hanya sebagai destinasi wisata, Batu Secret Zoo juga menjadi ruang pembelajaran yang interaktif,“ terang Titik.

Ia menambahkan, pendekatan interaktif seperti ini diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap satwa sejak usia dini. “Kami ingin anak-anak punya pengalaman yang membekas, sehingga muncul rasa sayang dan kepedulian terhadap satwa,” harap Titik.
