JATIMTIMES - Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi memberikan peringatan tegas kepada seluruh kepala sekolah di jenjang sekolah dasar (SD) hingga sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) untuk segera menghentikan praktik-praktik penarikan iuran di luar ketentuan kepada siswa atau wali siswa.
Orang nomor satu di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang itu menyampaikan, praktik-praktik penarikan iuran yang berrsifat wajib kepada siswa ataupun wali siswa merupakan pratik yang salah dan melanggar hukum. Sanusi pun memerintahkan kepada seluruh kepala sekolah agar menghentikan praktik penarikan iuran tersebut sekarang juga.

Ia menyebut, praktik penarikan iuran wajib kepada siswa ataupun wali siswa yang di luar ketentuan akan mencoreng citra pendidikan Kabupaten Malang serta mewajarkan atau memaklumi perbuatan melanggar hukum hingga berlarut-larut.
"Untuk seluruh kepala sekolah saya minta untuk tarikan-tarikan (iuran) yang di luar ketentuan sudah dihentikan saja. Tidak perlu dikerjakan lagi. Nanti kalau ketahuan, bisa jadi masalah," ungkap Sanusi.
Pejabat publik yang dulunya berprofesi sebagai guru ini menyebut, nantinya Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Malang, Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Malang, serta Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malang akan melakukan pengawasan secara intensif terhadap kinerja yang dilakukan oleh para kepala sekolah beserta jajaran di masing-masing satuan pendidikan.
"Saya bersama Tim Penilai Kinerja Kabupaten Malang akan terus mengawasi kinerja saudara sekalian. Saya juga minta kepada Inspektorat dan BKPSDM untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap para ASN dan ini harapannya bisa dipedomani oleh seluruh ASN," ujar Sanusi.
Larangan untuk melakukan praktik pernarikan iuran kepada siswa ataupun wali siswa itu juga telah diatur di dalam Peraturan Bupati Malang Nomor 5 Tahun 2024 tentang Pendanaan Pendidikan yang Bersumber dari Masyarakat pada Satuan Pendidikan. Terbitnya peraturan bupati tersebut merupakan salah satu langkah serius Sanusi dalam memberantas praktik pungutan liar atau penarikan iuran wajib kepada siswa ataupun wali siswa di luar ketentuan yang berlaku.

Selain itu, Sanusi mengingatkan kepada seluruh kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Malang beserta jajarannya agar dapat memahami bahwa para anggota DPRD Kabupaten Malang juga memgawasi kinerja para kepala sekolah beserta jajaran.
"Dewan itu juga punya fungsi pengawasan. Jadi, kalau sampai (kepala sekolah beserta jajaran) ketahuan (melakukan penarikan iuran di luar ketentuan), maka akan dimarahi oleh dewan," ucap Sanusi.
Lebih lanjut, pihaknya mengimbau kepada seluruh kepala sekolah beserta jajaran agar fokus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan para siswa di masing-masing satuan pendidikan. Khusus terkait dengan pengelolaan dana pendidikan, ia meminta kepada seluruh kepala sekolah beserta jajaran agar dapat mengelola dana pendidikan tersebut secara bersih, transparan dan akuntabel. Sehingga, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan para siswa akan selaras dengan peningkatan citra baik masing-masing satuan pendidikan.
