JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah mulai memberi sinyal akan adanya penyesuaian harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) non subsidi di tengah kenaikan harga minyak dunia. Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia, mengungkapkan bahwa pembahasan terkait perubahan harga tersebut saat ini sudah memasuki tahap akhir.

Menurut Bahlil, penentuan harga BBM non subsidi tidak diatur langsung oleh pemerintah seperti halnya BBM subsidi. Harga BBM non subsidi mengikuti mekanisme pasar, sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 11 Tahun 2022 tentang perhitungan harga jual eceran BBM.

“Pemerintah itu mengatur secara langsung BBM subsidi. Kalau non subsidi, itu mengikuti harga pasar sesuai aturan yang berlaku,” ujar Bahlil saat ditemui di Kementerian ESDM, Jakarta, Jumat (17/4/2026).

Bahlil menjelaskan bahwa saat ini pemerintah masih melakukan pembahasan bersama sejumlah pihak, termasuk PT Pertamina (Persero) dan badan usaha swasta penyedia BBM. Ia menyebut prosesnya sudah hampir selesai dan tinggal menunggu waktu yang tepat untuk diumumkan.

“Kalau melihat hasil rapat dengan Pertamina dan badan usaha swasta, pembahasannya sudah hampir final. Tinggal kita tentukan kapan penyesuaian itu dilakukan,” jelasnya.

Meski begitu, pemerintah tetap berhati-hati dalam mengambil keputusan. Bahlil berharap jika nantinya harga BBM non subsidi disesuaikan, kenaikannya tidak terlalu tinggi agar tidak memberatkan masyarakat.

Hingga pertengahan April 2026, harga BBM di berbagai SPBU, baik milik pemerintah maupun swasta, masih belum mengalami perubahan. Seluruh harga masih mengacu pada tarif yang berlaku sejak Maret 2026.

Untuk BBM subsidi, harga masih stabil:

• Pertalite: Rp 10.000 per liter

• Solar: Rp 6.800 per liter

Sementara untuk BBM non subsidi, daftar harganya masih sebagai berikut:

• Pertamax: Rp 12.300 per liter

• Pertamax Green: Rp 12.900 per liter

• Pertamax Turbo: Rp 13.100 per liter

• Dexlite: Rp 14.200 per liter

• Pertamina Dex: Rp 14.500 per liter. 

Dengan kondisi harga minyak global yang terus berfluktuasi, penyesuaian harga BBM non subsidi dinilai sebagai langkah yang tidak bisa dihindari. Namun pemerintah memastikan kebijakan yang diambil tetap mempertimbangkan daya beli masyarakat.

Untuk saat ini, masyarakat diminta menunggu pengumuman resmi terkait perubahan harga BBM non subsidi yang diperkirakan akan segera diumumkan dalam waktu dekat.
