JATIMTIMES - Satreskrim Polresta Malang Kota terus mendalami kasus dugaan pelecehan seksual terhadap anak yang melibatkan seorang pria lanjut usia berinisial AP (61) di Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang. Penyidik mengungkap dugaan pelaku memiliki modus memancing korban menggunakan uang jajan Rp 2 ribu sebelum melancarkan aksinya.
Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota Ipda Lukman Sobhikin, mengatakan peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada Selasa (21/7|2026). Saat itu korban berinisial AZ (7) sedang membeli jajanan di sebuah toko yang berada tidak jauh dari lokasi kejadian.

Melihat korban sendirian, AP diduga memanggil anak tersebut dan menawarkan uang sebesar Rp 2 rinu. Korban yang masih berusia tujuh tahun kemudian mengikuti ajakan pelaku hingga masuk ke dalam rumah.
“Korban dipanggil oleh terduga pelaku dengan diberi iming-iming uang jajan sebesar Rp 2 ribu. Setelah korban masuk ke rumah, pintu dan jendela diduga ditutup oleh pelaku,” kata Lukman, Sabtu (25/7/2026).
Setelah berada di dalam rumah, pelaku diduga menutup seluruh akses keluar dengan mengunci pintu dan jendela. Di lokasi tersebut, korban diduga mengalami tindakan pelecehan berupa perabaan pada bagian tubuh sensitif.
“Dari keterangan yang kami peroleh, korban mengalami sentuhan pada area sensitif sebanyak tiga kali sebelum akhirnya berhasil keluar dari rumah pelaku," imbuh Lukman.
Dari hasil penyelidikan yang dilakukan kepolisian menemukan informasi bahwa AP pernah tersangkut dugaan kasus serupa sekitar tiga tahun lalu. Meski korbannya berbeda, perkara saat itu tidak diproses hingga pengadilan.
“Informasi sementara yang kami himpun, pelaku pernah melakukan dugaan pelecehan terhadap anak di bawah umur pada tahun 2023. Namun penyelesaiannya dilakukan secara kekeluargaan melalui mediasi di tingkat lingkungan,” jelasnya.
Meski demikian, polisi memastikan kasus yang terjadi saat ini diproses sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Hingga kini penyidik masih melakukan pemeriksaan intensif terhadap pelaku sekaligus mengumpulkan alat bukti tambahan.

“Kami sudah memeriksa lima orang saksi, termasuk teman korban yang mengetahui kejadian tersebut. Pemeriksaan masih terus berjalan untuk melengkapi pembuktian,” terangnya.
Atas perbuatannya, AP disangkakan melanggar Pasal 415 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.
Untuk diketahui, kasus ini bermula dari dugaan perbuatan asusila yang terjadi pada Selasa (21/7/2026) di sebuah rumah di Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang. Korban yang saat itu sedang membeli jajanan diduga dipanggil oleh terlapor menggunakan iming-iming uang sebelum terjadi dugaan tindak pidana asusila.
Setelah berhasil meninggalkan lokasi, korban menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya kepada keluarga. Informasi tersebut kemudian diteruskan kepada orang tua korban hingga akhirnya dilaporkan ke Polresta Malang Kota pada 22 Juli 2026.
