JATIMTIMES - Keputusan Nanik Sudaryati Deyang mengundurkan diri dari jabatan Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) memunculkan spekulasi mengenai sosok yang akan menggantikannya. Salah satu nama yang kini santer disebut sebagai kandidat terkuat adalah Wakil Menteri Pertanian (Wamentan) Sudaryono.

Hingga Rabu (22/7/2026), pemerintah belum mengumumkan secara resmi siapa yang akan ditunjuk sebagai Kepala BGN. Namun, nama Sudaryono mulai ramai diperbincangkan setelah muncul berbagai informasi dari lingkungan Istana.

Nanik Sudaryati Deyang sebelumnya mengumumkan pengunduran dirinya melalui akun media sosial pribadi. Ia menyampaikan bahwa keputusan tersebut diambil agar bisa fokus menjalani pengobatan penyakit jantung di luar negeri.

Dalam unggahannya, Nanik juga memberikan isyarat mengenai sosok yang diyakini akan menggantikannya. Meski tidak menyebut nama secara langsung, ia menyebut penggantinya sebagai "adik" yang masih bisa ia ingatkan apabila terdapat penyimpangan dalam menjalankan tugas.

"Insyaallah pengganti saya adalah 'adik saya' di mana saya bisa menjewer kalau misalnya terjadi hal-hal yang menyimpang," tulis Nanik.

Sejumlah informasi yang beredar menyebutkan sosok yang dimaksud adalah Sudaryono. Bahkan, sempat beredar kabar pelantikannya akan dilakukan pada Rabu sore. Meski demikian, hingga artikel ini ditulis belum ada konfirmasi resmi dari Istana Kepresidenan maupun Kementerian Sekretariat Negara.

Di tengah menguatnya kabar tersebut, sosok Sudaryono pun menjadi sorotan publik. Lantas, seperti apa profil dan rekam jejak Wakil Menteri Pertanian yang disebut-sebut berpeluang memimpin Badan Gizi Nasional?

Profil Sudaryono, Anak Petani dari Grobogan

Mengutip laman pribadi Sudaryono, ia lahir di Dusun Mangunrejo, Desa Tambirejo, Kecamatan Toroh, Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah, pada 23 Januari 1985.

Sudaryono tumbuh di keluarga sederhana yang menggantungkan hidup dari sektor pertanian. Orang tuanya tidak memiliki lahan sendiri dan harus menyewa sawah untuk bercocok tanam. Saat musim tanam selesai, sang ayah, Yahya, bekerja sebagai buruh bangunan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga.

Sejak kecil, Sudaryono terbiasa membantu pekerjaan orang tua. Ia mengambil air dari sumber desa ketika wilayahnya mengalami kekeringan serta memanggul jerami dari sawah untuk pakan ternak keluarga.

Riwayat Pendidikan Sudaryono

Sudaryono dikenal sebagai siswa berprestasi sejak duduk di bangku sekolah. Nilai rapornya hampir selalu di atas angka delapan.

Ia mengaku memiliki kebiasaan belajar selepas subuh sebelum berangkat ke sekolah. Kebiasaan tersebut membuatnya lebih mudah memahami pelajaran di kelas.

Prestasinya mengantarkan Sudaryono menjadi lulusan terbaik SMP Negeri 2 Toroh. Berbekal nilai akademik yang gemilang, ia memperoleh beasiswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMA Taruna Nusantara setelah melalui proses seleksi yang sangat ketat.

Tak berhenti di sana, ia juga berhasil menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi hingga jenjang doktor.

• SMP Negeri 2 Toroh (1997–2000)

• SMA Taruna Nusantara (2000–2003)

• S1 Teknik Mesin, National Defense Academy of Japan (2004–2009)

• S2 Master of Business Administration, Swiss German University (2015–2018)

Karier Sudaryono Sebelum Menjadi Wakil Menteri Pertanian

Selain memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang kuat, Sudaryono juga aktif di dunia usaha dan organisasi.

Beberapa jabatan yang pernah dan masih diembannya antara lain:

• Chairman PT Boga Halal Nusantara (2015–sekarang)

• Direktur PT Nusantara Telematics System (2019–sekarang)

• CEO Garuda TV (2018–sekarang)

• Chairman PT Sahabat Sejati Sejahtera Farma (2020–sekarang)

• Direktur Eksekutif Koperasi Garudayaksa Nusantara (2020–sekarang)

• Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Gerindra (2020–2025)

• Ketua Dewan Pembina PAPERA atau Pedagang Pejuang Indonesia Raya (2021–2025)

• Ketua Umum Asosiasi Pedagang Pasar Seluruh Indonesia (APPSI) (2021–sekarang)

• Wakil Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia (2024–sekarang). 

Meski nama Sudaryono terus menguat sebagai calon Kepala BGN, pemerintah hingga kini belum mengeluarkan pengumuman resmi terkait pengganti Nanik Sudaryati Deyang.

Publik masih menunggu keputusan Presiden mengenai siapa yang akan memimpin Badan Gizi Nasional ke depan, terutama untuk melanjutkan berbagai program strategis di bidang pemenuhan gizi masyarakat.
