JATIMTIMES - Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) Nanik Sudaryati Deyang resmi mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya. Keputusan tersebut diumumkan langsung oleh Nanik melalui unggahan di akun Facebook pribadinya. 

Dalam pernyataannya, Nanik menjelaskan bahwa pengunduran dirinya dilakukan karena kondisi kesehatan yang mengharuskannya menjalani pengobatan penyakit jantung di luar negeri. Ia mengaku telah menyampaikan keputusan tersebut secara langsung kepada Presiden Prabowo Subianto.

"Saya sampaikan ke Presiden juga dengan beribu maaf sepertinya saya harus mundur sebagai Kepala BGN, demi kesehatan saya. Karena Presiden prihatin dan kasihan dengan saya, Presiden menyetujui," tulis Nanik dalam unggahannya, dikutip Rabu (22/7).

Meski mengundurkan diri dari jabatan Kepala BGN, Nanik mengungkapkan bahwa Presiden Prabowo masih memintanya untuk tetap berkontribusi dalam pengawasan lembaga tersebut.

Ia menyebut Presiden berencana membentuk Dewan Pengawas BGN dan memintanya menjadi ketua dewan tersebut.

"Kemungkinan Presiden akan membentuk dewan pengawas, di mana saya disuruh menjadi ketua dewan pengawasnya. Kalau mencereweti kayaknya masih bisa, yang penting tidak berhubungan dengan pegang uang, sumpah trauma akut," tulisnya.

Kabar mundurnya Nanik juga dikonfirmasi oleh Asisten Khusus Presiden Bidang Komunikasi dan Kebijakan, Dirgayuza Setiawan, melalui akun Instagram miliknya.

Menurut Dirgayuza, Nanik berpamitan kepada Presiden Prabowo pada 22 Juli 2026 untuk menjalani pengobatan jantung sekaligus menyampaikan pengunduran dirinya sebagai Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional.

"Hari ini, 22 Juli 2026, Ibu Nanik Deyang berpamitan kepada Presiden Prabowo untuk menjalani pengobatan jantung. Beliau juga mengundurkan diri sebagai Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional," tulis Dirgayuza melalui Instagram @dirgayuza.

Nanik Sudaryati Deyang baru dilantik sebagai Kepala BGN oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada 8 Juni 2026.

Pelantikannya dilakukan berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 18/M Tahun 2026 tentang pemberhentian dan pengangkatan Kepala dan Wakil Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional serta pemberhentian Wakil Kepala BPKP.

Saat itu, Nanik menggantikan Dadan Hindayana yang dicopot dari jabatannya setelah terseret dugaan korupsi dalam program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). Dadan kini telah berstatus sebagai tersangka dalam kasus tersebut.

Dalam unggahannya, Dirgayuza juga mengenang sosok Nanik sebagai pribadi yang memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap masyarakat kecil.

Ia mengaku telah mengenal Nanik sejak menjelang Pemilu 2014 dan menilai kepedulian tersebut tidak pernah berubah hingga sekarang.

"Lebih dari satu dekade saya melihat satu hal yang tidak pernah berubah darinya, ia tidak bisa diam ketika melihat rakyat menghadapi ketidakadilan dan kesulitan," tulis Dirgayuza.

Dirgayuza juga mengungkapkan bahwa Nanik pernah menyampaikan kasus tenaga kerja Indonesia Wilfrida Soik kepada Prabowo sehingga mendapat perhatian dan pendampingan hukum ketika menghadapi ancaman hukuman mati di Malaysia.

Selain itu, Nanik disebut sebagai sosok yang mengusulkan program becak listrik bagi pengayuh becak lanjut usia sebagai bentuk perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.
