JATIMTIMES – Fenomena permohonan dispensasi kawin atau pernikahan usia dini masih menjadi perhatian serius di Kota Batu. Berdasarkan pangkalan data resmi Pengadilan Agama (PA) Kota Malang sepanjang tahun berjalan 2026, tercatat ada 27 perkara permohonan dispensasi nikah yang masuk dari wilayah Kota Batu.
Dari total 27 permohonan yang diterima oleh meja kepaniteraan, majelis hakim PA Kota Malang telah memutus 26 perkara, di mana seluruhnya diputus dengan amar dikabulkan. Sementara itu, satu perkara sisanya masih tercatat sebagai sisa akhir bulan berjalan.

Panitera PA Kota Malang, Mohamad Arif Fauzi, menguraikan bahwa jika membedah profil usia para pemohon di Kota Batu, mayoritas berada pada rentang usia remaja produktif.
“Klasifikasi umurnya didominasi kelompok rentang usia 15 sampai 19 tahun yaitu sebanyak 24 anak, sedangkan usia di bawah 15 tahun tercatat ada 2 anak,” ujar Mohamad Arif Fauzi di Kota Batu, belum lama ini.
Dari sisi latar belakang pendidikan, mayoritas anak yang mengajukan dispensasi nikah merupakan lulusan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebanyak 16 anak. Posisi berikutnya disusul oleh lulusan Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebanyak 7 anak dan jenjang SMA sebanyak 3 anak.
Sementara dari aspek status pekerjaan, sebanyak 17 pemohon terdata belum bekerja, 9 anak berstatus pekerja swasta, dan 1 orang tergolong pekerja lainnya. Lebih lanjut, Arif membeberkan bahwa faktor pendorong pengajuan dispensasi kawin di Kota Batu pada tahun berjalan ini terbagi secara seimbang oleh dua pemicu utama.
“Alasannya karena dua hal utama. Sebanyak 13 kasus diajukan karena alasan sudah hamil (kehamilan di luar nikah), sementara 13 kasus lainnya diajukan oleh orang tua dengan alasan untuk menghindari zina,” terang dia.

Arif menegaskan bahwa Pengadilan Agama tidak serta-merta mengabulkan setiap berkas yang masuk begitu saja. Pihaknya bekerja sama secara ketat dengan Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kota Batu serta tim psikolog akademisi guna melakukan verifikasi dan asesmen menyeluruh terhadap kesiapan fisik maupun psikis para calon pengantin muda.
Dikatakannya, melalui pendampingan dan penyuluhan hukum yang berkelanjutan, Pemkot Batu bersama Pengadilan Agama berkomitmen untuk terus menekan laju pernikahan anak demi mencegah risiko stunting, ketidaksiapan ekonomi, hingga potensi perceraian di usia muda.
“Meskipun pemohon mendesak, jika dari hasil asesmen psikolog dan pertimbangan hakim menilai reproduksi maupun mental anak belum siap, permohonan tetap bisa ditolak. Alat ukur rekomendasi dari psikolog ini sangat penting untuk melihat kematangan mereka,” tegasnya.
