JATIMTIMES - Menjelang malam, suhu udara di Kota Batu yang semakin dingin menjadi alasan banyak wisatawan mencari sajian hangat untuk mengisi perut. Salah satu lokasi yang tak pernah kehilangan pengunjung adalah kawasan kuliner Bukit Bintang di Jalan Sultan Agung, Kota Batu.
Di antara deretan puluhan stan makanan yang berjejer, terdapat satu kedai yang hampir selalu dipenuhi antrean pembeli. Kedai tersebut adalah STMJ Superman, yang dikenal bukan hanya karena minuman susu hangatnya, tetapi juga menu andalan berupa mie nyemek berukuran jumbo.

Sekilas menu ini memang menggunakan mi instan sebagai bahan utama. Namun, racikan bumbu khas dengan tambahan sayuran, telur, dan sedikit kuah membuat cita rasanya berbeda dari mi instan pada umumnya. Disajikan hangat dengan porsi melimpah, satu porsi mie nyemek dibanderol Rp 15 ribu.
Pemilik STMJ Superman, Jabrik, mengatakan usaha yang dirintisnya sejak 2013 mengalami perkembangan yang jauh berbeda dibandingkan saat pertama kali berjualan.
“Waktu mulai buka tahun 2013, kondisi Kota Batu belum seramai sekarang. Di kawasan ini penjual juga masih sedikit. Dulu sehari paling laku lima sampai enam bungkus mi, sekarang sudah bisa mencapai ratusan porsi,” kata Jabrik.
Tingginya permintaan membuat proses memasak dilakukan dalam jumlah besar sekaligus. Meski demikian, bagi Jabrik, kualitas rasa tetap dijaga agar pelanggan mendapatkan cita rasa yang konsisten.
Selain mie nyemek, kedainya juga menawarkan berbagai olahan susu segar yang menjadi pasangan favorit pengunjung saat menikmati udara dingin Kota Batu. Susu tersebut didatangkan langsung dari peternak sapi perah di Kecamatan Pujon.
Pilihan menunya cukup beragam, mulai susu original, cokelat, madu, jahe, susu telur hingga minuman STMJ yang menjadi identitas kedainya.
“Susu segarnya kami ambil langsung dari peternak di Pujon. Hari biasa habis sekitar 20 sampai 30 liter, sedangkan akhir pekan bisa mencapai 60 hingga 80 liter,” imbuh Jaka.

Tak berhenti di situ, Jabrik juga menyediakan jagung bakar berukuran jumbo yang diberi nama Jagung Super. Saat akhir pekan, kebutuhan jagung bahkan bisa mencapai sekitar 200 kilogram untuk memenuhi permintaan wisatawan.
Menurutnya, nama “Superman” dipilih sebagai doa agar usaha yang dirintisnya terus berkembang dan mampu bertahan di tengah persaingan bisnis kuliner Kota Batu yang semakin ketat.
Salah seorang pelanggan asal Kota Malang, Ovilidya Amalia, mengaku selalu menyempatkan mampir ketika berkunjung ke Kota Batu. Baginya, perpaduan mie nyemek dan susu hangat menjadi menu yang pas dinikmati saat suhu udara mulai turun.
“Saya sudah mencoba beberapa mie dengan konsep seperti ini di Malang dan Batu, tetapi yang paling cocok di lidah saya tetap di sini. Mienya tidak terlalu lembek, bumbunya terasa, porsinya juga banyak. Ditambah minum susu hangat, pas sekali dinikmati saat udara Batu sedang dingin,” ucap Ovi.
Dengan jam operasional mulai pukul 17.00 hingga 22.00 WIB, STMJ Superman kini menjadi salah satu destinasi kuliner malam yang banyak diburu wisatawan. Bukan hanya karena porsinya yang mengenyangkan, tetapi juga karena menawarkan sensasi menikmati hidangan hangat di tengah sejuknya malam Kota Batu.
