JATIMTIMES – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Batu tengah mematangkan program stimulus daerah untuk membantu meringankan beban pengeluaran operasional tempat peribadatan di seluruh wilayah kota dingin ini. Melalui program penunjang dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun Anggaran 2026, Pemkot berencana menggelontorkan bantuan subsidi pembayaran listrik yang menyasar ratusan rumah ibadah lintas agama.

Berdasarkan basis data sementara yang dihimpun Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) Setda Kota Batu, terdapat sebanyak 922 tempat ibadah yang diproyeksikan masuk dalam daftar penerima manfaat subsidi listrik.

Pemetaan kuota penerima subsidi ini mencakup alokasi untuk 200 masjid, 659 mushala, 40 gereja, 14 kapel, lima pura, serta empat vihara yang tersebar merata di tiga wilayah kecamatan se-Kota Batu.

Proses verifikasi administrasi dan validasi faktual di lapangan saat ini terus dikebut oleh tim teknis sebelum dana stimulan tersebut disalurkan secara resmi.

Untuk mendapatkan hak subsidi ini, pengelola tempat ibadah diwajibkan memenuhi sejumlah kriteria utama, salah satunya adalah memiliki legalitas struktur kepengurusan yang jelas dan mengantongi rekening bank aktif atas nama lembaga atau rumah ibadah bersangkutan.

Kepala Bagian Kesra Setda Kota Batu, Suyanto menjelaskan bahwa nominal pasti atau besaran saldo bantuan yang akan diterima oleh masing-masing tempat ibadah saat ini masih berada dalam koridor pembahasan intensif. Penentuan jumlah dana bantuan tersebut tidak bisa disamaratakan karena harus menyesuaikan dengan kapasitas daya listrik yang terpasang serta volume kebutuhan riil operasional di setiap lokasi.

"Nominalnya masih menunggu arahan pimpinan karena proses verifikasi rekening dan validasi data masih berjalan," kata Suyanto saat dikonfirmasi, belum lama ini.

Melalui intervensi anggaran daerah ini, pria yang akrab disapa Yanto tersebut berharap beban finansial para takmir dan pengurus rumah ibadah dalam membayar tagihan bulanan ke PLN bisa terpangkas secara signifikan.

"Dengan demikian, pihak pengelola diharapkan dapat mengalihkan fokus dan alokasi dana swadaya jamaah yang ada untuk optimalisasi pelayanan keagamaan serta berbagai kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan lainnya di Kota Batu," imbuhnya.
