JATIMTIMES – Kebijakan pemerintah yang resmi menaikkan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) nonsubsidi jenis Pertamax hingga menembus level Rp16.250 per liter dikonfirmasi belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap geliat sektor pariwisata di Kota Batu.

Sebelumnya, per 10 Juni lalu, harga Pertamax mengalami lonjakan cukup tajam sebesar Rp3.950 per liter dari harga semula yang dibanderol Rp12.300 per liter.

Ketua Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) Kota Batu, Sujud Hariadi, menilai bahwa belum adanya hantaman instan ke sektor pariwisata ini dikarenakan dampak kenaikan harga BBM akan sangat bergantung pada segmentasi jenis bahan bakar yang dikonsumsi oleh kendaraan para pelaku wisata.

"Misalnya, sektor perhotelan konsumsi BBM untuk kebutuhan operasional internal. Kalau kita pakai solar, kapasitas sebesar 5.000 liter itu sebenarnya bisa dipakai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional sampai setengah tahun," terang Sujud Hariadi, Sabtu (20/6/2026).

Sujud memaparkan bahwa cadangan bahan bakar yang dimiliki oleh hotel-hotel skala besar umumnya mempunyai masa pakai yang relatif panjang, sehingga tidak langsung sensitif terhadap perubahan harga harian di SPBU.

Kendati demikian, situasi di lapangan dipetakan bisa berubah drastis apabila pemerintah ke depan juga ikut mengatrol harga biosolar. Pasalnya, hampir mayoritas pelaku wisata mengandalkan biosolar untuk rantai pasok logistik serta transportasi massal seperti shuttle wisata hingga bus pariwisata. 

"Jika jenis bahan bakar biosolar dan solar ikut naik, efek domino berupa kenaikan harga bahan baku makanan hingga tarif bus wisatawan dipastikan akan terasa juga," imbuhnya.

Di sisi lain, struktur konsumsi energi pada destinasi wisata dan tempat hiburan di Kota Batu saat ini terpantau relatif aman berkat langkah efisiensi. Mayoritas pengelola wahana permainan kini telah melakukan transisi energi dengan mengandalkan daya listrik sebagai sumber energi utama operasional mereka untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada BBM komersial.

Penggunaan BBM jenis solar pada industri wisata modern di Kota Batu kini telah bergeser fungsi menjadi instrumen cadangan (back-up) semata. Pihak pengelola wahana ataupun perhotelan baru akan menyalakan mesin genset berkapasitas besar jika sewaktu-waktu terjadi pemadaman darurat pada jaringan utama milik PLN.
