JATIMTIMES - Kebijakan pemerintah menaikkan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) nonsubsidi mendapatkan perhatian dari sejumlah pihak karena dipastikan bakal memberikan dampak secara langsung ke masyarakat. Utamanya bagi perekonomian masyarakat kelas menengah. 

Pertamina Patra Niaga sebelumnya mengumumkan kenaikan harga BBM nonsubsidi mulai 10 Juni 2026. Harga Pertamax (RON 92) naik dari Rp 12.300 menjadi Rp 16.250 per liter. Sedangkan Pertamax Green 95 (RON 95) naik dari Rp 12.900 menjadi Rp 17.000 per liter.

Sementara, harga BBM nonsubsidi lainnya tidak mengalami perubahan. Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) tetap dijual Rp 20.750 per liter, Dexlite (CN 51) Rp 23.000 per liter, dan Pertamina Dex (CN 53) Rp 24.800 per liter. 

Hal ini mendapatkan tanggapan dari Ketua DPRD Surabaya H Syaifuddin Zuhri. Ipuk -sapaan akrabnya- menyampaikan saat ini ada kekhawatiran soal dampak kenaikan ini kepada masyarakat meskipun kebijakan ini sepenuhnya berada di tangan pemerintah pusat. 

Sebagai pemerintahan legislatif yang ada di daerah, khususnya Kota Surabaya, Ipuk meminta Depo Pertamina maupun SPBU yang ada agar mulai memperhatikan BBM jenis subsidi. 

Yang pertama, kata dia, dari segi stok. Depo maupun SPBU harus menghitung betul kebuhan konsumsi masyarakat Surabaya setiap harinya berapa ratus atau ribu liter. 

"Jangan sampai ke SPBU, nanti BBM jenis subsidi kosong. Akhirnya masyarakat karena kebutuhanya tetap untuk berangkat kerja atau beraktivitas akhirnya membeli BBM nonsubsidi. Kan kasihan," kata Ipuk. 

Yang kedua soal segi kualitas. Depo Pertamina maupun SPBU harus menjaga betul kualitasnya. Terutama BBM subsidi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam keseharian. 

Ipuk tidak ingin kejadian motor brebet masal yang pernah terjadi di Surabaya sampai terulang kembali. Sebab, itu akan sangat mengganggu sekali. 

"Bengkel di mana-mana penuh. Keluhannya sama soal brebet. Akhirnya ada masyarakat yang tidak bisa beraktivitas dan kerja," ucap dia.

Ipuk tidak ingin kemudian semisal hal ini terjadi ulang di Surabaya. Sehingga masyarakat terpaksa membeli BBM jenis nonsubsidi. Sebab  harga BBM non subsidi naik signifikan saat ini. 

Selain itu, tak tertutup kemungkinan pihak DPRD Surabaya akan melakukan pemantauan langsung ke depo Pertamina maupun SPBU yang ada di Surabaya. "Ini agar memastikan semuanya bisa berjalan dengan baik. Stok tak sampai mengalami kekosongan dan kualitas juga tetap terjaga," imbuhnya.
