JATIMTIMES - Kebersamaan panjang antara Arema FC dan Dedik Setiawan resmi berakhir. Setelah hampir satu dekade menjadi bagian penting dari skuad Singo Edan, penyerang asli Malang tersebut dipastikan tidak lagi melanjutkan kerja sama dengan klub yang telah membesarkan namanya di kancah sepak bola nasional.

Kabar perpisahan itu diumumkan manajemen Arema FC sebagai penutup perjalanan seorang pemain yang selama ini dikenal sebagai simbol loyalitas, kerja keras, dan kecintaan terhadap klub kebanggaan masyarakat Malang.

Bagi Aremania, Dedik Setiawan bukan hanya seorang penyerang. Ia merupakan sosok yang tumbuh bersama Arema FC dan menjadi bagian dari berbagai momen penting yang mewarnai perjalanan klub dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.

Sejak menembus tim senior, Dedik menjelma menjadi salah satu pemain yang identik dengan Singo Edan. Selama hampir 10 tahun mengenakan seragam Arema FC, ia turut merasakan berbagai dinamika perjalanan klub, mulai dari meraih prestasi hingga menghadapi masa-masa sulit.

Kontribusi Dedik tercatat dalam sejarah klub sebagai bagian dari skuad yang berhasil mempersembahkan empat trofi Piala Presiden untuk Arema FC. Di tengah perjalanan kariernya, ia juga sempat menghadapi cedera yang menghambat performa. Namun, Dedik mampu bangkit dan tetap menjadi salah satu figur penting dalam tim.

Tak hanya itu, Dedik juga menjadi bagian dari perjuangan Arema FC melewati masa berat setelah Tragedi Kanjuruhan. Kehadirannya di ruang ganti dan di lapangan menjadi salah satu simbol kebangkitan tim saat berupaya kembali bangun dari duka yang menyelimuti keluarga besar Singo Edan.

Performa konsistennya bersama Arema FC juga mengantarkan Dedik beberapa kali mendapat panggilan memperkuat Tim Nasional Indonesia. Salah satu pencapaian terbaiknya adalah ketika menjadi bagian dari skuad Garuda yang melaju hingga final AFF 2020 dan meraih status runner-up.

General Manager Arema FC, Yusrinal, menyampaikan penghargaan tinggi atas dedikasi yang telah diberikan Dedik selama membela klub. Ia mengaku Dedik Setiawan adalah sosok yang tumbuh bersama Arema FC. Hampir sepuluh tahun lanjut Yusrinal, Dedik memberikan tenaga, pikiran, dan hatinya untuk klub ini. 

“Tidak banyak pemain yang mampu menunjukkan loyalitas dan dedikasi seperti yang telah diperlihatkan Dedik. Atas nama manajemen, kami menyampaikan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya atas semua pengorbanan dan kontribusinya untuk Arema FC,” kata Yusrinal. 

“Dedik hadir dalam banyak momen penting perjalanan klub. Ia merasakan euforia juara, menghadapi masa-masa sulit karena cedera, hingga ikut berdiri bersama kami saat berusaha bangkit setelah Tragedi Kanjuruhan. Semua itu menjadikan Dedik bukan hanya sebagai pemain, tetapi bagian dari sejarah Arema FC yang akan selalu dikenang,” imbuhnya.

Perpisahan ini menjadi momen emosional bagi Arema FC dan Aremania. Sebab, yang berakhir bukan sekadar kontrak seorang pemain, melainkan perjalanan panjang seorang putra daerah yang telah mengabdikan sebagian besar karier profesionalnya untuk lambang Singo Edan.

“Kami memahami bahwa dalam sepak bola selalu ada awal dan akhir. Perpisahan ini bukanlah akhir dari hubungan baik yang telah terjalin. Dedik akan selalu menjadi bagian dari keluarga besar Arema FC, dan pintu silaturahmi akan selalu terbuka untuknya,” kata pria yang akrab disapa Inal itu. 

“Kami mendoakan agar Dedik Setiawan meraih kesuksesan bersama klub barunya nanti. Semoga ia terus berkembang dan pengalaman bertambah, tetap menjaga semangat juang Arek Malang yang selama ini menjadi ciri khasnya, serta mampu meraih prestasi yang lebih tinggi dalam perjalanan karier berikutnya. Terima kasih atas segalanya, Dedik,” tutup Inal.
