JATIMTIMES Bursa Efek Indonesia . Dua emiten dengan kapitalisasi pasar terbesar, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA ) dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI ), kini diperdagangkan pada level yang bahkan lebih rendah dibandingkan beberapa tahun lalu.
Di tengah derasnya aksi jual investor asing dan melemahnya pasar saham domestik, sejumlah analis justru melihat kondisi tersebut sebagai peluang bagi investor yang berorientasi jangka panjang untuk mulai melakukan akumulasi secara bertahap.

Adapun perdagangan Kamis (4/6/2026) ditutup kurang menggembirakan. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) terkoreksi 101,28 poin atau 1,70 persen ke posisi 5.839,78.
Data Bursa Efek Indonesia menunjukkan sebanyak 623 saham ditutup melemah, sementara hanya 106 saham yang berhasil menguat dan 85 saham bergerak stagnan.
Nilai transaksi harian tercatat mencapai Rp 25,33 triliun dengan volume perdagangan 39,31 miliar saham. Frekuensi transaksi mencapai 2,29 juta kali, sedangkan kapitalisasi pasar BEI berada di kisaran Rp 10.284,95 triliun.
Koreksi paling menjadi sorotan terjadi pada saham sektor perbankan, khususnya BBCA dan BBRI.
Pada penutupan perdagangan, saham BBCA turun 1,81 persen ke level Rp 5.425 per saham. Jika dihitung sejak awal tahun, saham bank swasta terbesar di Indonesia tersebut telah merosot hingga 32,82 persen.
Sementara itu, saham BBRI mengalami tekanan yang lebih dalam. Harga saham bank pelat merah tersebut turun 3,10 persen ke posisi Rp 2.810 per saham. Sepanjang 2026, BBRI telah kehilangan sekitar 23,22 persen nilainya.
Jika dibandingkan dengan harga pada 4 Juni 2021, posisi saat ini menunjukkan BBCA sudah terkoreksi sekitar 17,80 persen. Adapun BBRI turun lebih tajam hingga 33,94 persen.
Kondisi tersebut membuat kedua saham perbankan tersebut kembali berada di area harga yang terakhir kali terlihat sekitar lima tahun lalu.
Sementara itu, dua bank besar lainnya yakni PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) dan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) juga mengalami tekanan. Namun harga keduanya masih berada di atas posisi yang tercatat pada periode lima tahun lalu.
Turunnya harga BBCA dan BBRI tidak lepas dari aksi jual besar-besaran yang dilakukan investor asing sepanjang tahun ini.
Data pasar menunjukkan nilai jual bersih atau net sell asing pada saham BBCA telah mencapai Rp 31,34 triliun sepanjang 2026. Sementara itu, saham BBRI mencatatkan net sell asing sebesar Rp 9,57 triliun.
Berdasarkan data Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), kepemilikan investor asing di BBCA hingga akhir Mei 2026 turun sekitar 10,07 persen dibandingkan posisi akhir Desember 2025. Saat ini investor asing tercatat menggenggam sekitar 36,91 miliar lembar saham BBCA.
Di saham BBRI, kepemilikan asing juga mengalami penurunan sekitar 6 persen dibandingkan akhir tahun lalu menjadi sekitar 41,6 miliar saham.
Senior Analis Mirae Asset Sekuritas, Nafan Aji Gusta , menjelaskan terdapat dua faktor utama yang menekan saham-saham bank besar, yakni kenaikan suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia serta pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah.

Menurutnya, keputusan Bank Indonesia menaikkan BI Rate menjadi 5,25 persen pada Mei 2026 sempat membuat investor khawatir terhadap prospek sektor perbankan sehingga memicu aksi jual.
Meski demikian, ia menilai dampak kenaikan suku bunga tersebut cenderung bersifat sementara karena fundamental industri perbankan masih relatif kuat.
"Kinerja empat bank besar sejauh ini masih solid pada empat bulan pertama 2026. BBCA dan BBRI juga masih mencatatkan pertumbuhan laba bersih," ujar Nafan, dikutip Kompascom, Jumat (5/6/2026).
Nafan menambahkan bahwa pelemahan rupiah saat ini justru menjadi faktor yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi pergerakan saham sektor perbankan.
"Sektor perbankan memiliki korelasi erat dengan kondisi makro domestik. Pelemahan kurs rupiah dapat memicu aksi offload investor asing," kata Nafan.
Menurut dia, BBCA dan BBRI menjadi saham yang paling sensitif terhadap sentimen pasar karena keduanya memiliki bobot kapitalisasi pasar yang sangat besar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Meski tekanan pasar masih berlangsung, Nafan tetap melihat peluang pada saham-saham perbankan berfundamental kuat.
Ia merekomendasikan strategi akumulasi bertahap bagi investor yang memiliki horizon investasi jangka panjang.
Nafan memasang target harga BBCA di level Rp 8.375 per saham dan target harga BBRI sebesar Rp 3.670 per saham.
Pandangan serupa juga disampaikan analis Abdul Aziz Setiyo Wibowo dari Kiwoom Sekuritas.
Menurutnya, secara teknikal BBCA saat ini sedang membentuk pola candle doji, yang biasanya menunjukkan fase konsolidasi setelah tekanan jual cukup panjang.
Apabila mampu bertahan dan memantul dari area saat ini, saham BBCA berpeluang bergerak menuju kisaran Rp 5.875 hingga Rp 5.900 per saham, dengan area support berada di sekitar Rp 5.300.
