Pelayanan SIM dan BPKB di Kota Malang Tutup Sementara Selama Idul Adha 2026, Ini Jadwalnya

JATIMTIMES - Masyarakat Kota Malang yang berencana mengurus perpanjangan SIM maupun layanan BPKB diminta memperhatikan jadwal operasional selama libur Hari Raya Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah. Sebab, pelayanan administrasi di Polresta Malang Kota akan ditutup sementara selama dua hari.

Pelayanan penerbitan SIM dan BPKB libur pada 27 hingga 28 Mei 2026 bertepatan dengan libur nasional dan cuti bersama Idul Adha. Aktivitas pelayanan akan kembali dibuka normal mulai Jumat, 29 Mei 2026.

Kasat Lantas Polresta Malang Kota AKP Rio Angga Prasetyo mengatakan, masyarakat yang masa berlaku SIM-nya habis pada tanggal tersebut masih diberikan kesempatan melakukan perpanjangan tanpa harus membuat SIM baru.

“Bagi pemohon yang masa berlaku SIM-nya habis pada 27 dan 28 Mei 2026, kami memberikan tenggang waktu perpanjangan pada 29 sampai 30 Mei 2026,” kata Rio, Selasa (26/5/2026).

Rio menekankan, apabila pemohon tidak memanfaatkan masa tenggang tersebut, maka proses administrasi akan mengikuti mekanisme penerbitan SIM baru.

“Kalau tidak melakukan perpanjangan pada tanggal yang sudah ditentukan, maka akan diberlakukan prosedur pembuatan SIM baru,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu, pelayanan BPKB Polresta Malang Kota juga ikut dihentikan sementara selama libur Idul Adha. Pelayanan baru kembali dibuka pada Jumat 29 Mei 2026.

Rio mengimbau masyarakat untuk mengatur jadwal pengurusan administrasi lebih awal agar tidak terkendala antrean setelah pelayanan kembali dibuka. “Kami mengimbau masyarakat mengecek masa berlaku SIM dan menyesuaikan waktu pengurusan supaya tidak terlambat,” katanya.

Selain itu, masyarakat diimbau untuk tetap membawa dokumen persyaratan lengkap saat melakukan pengurusan administrasi kendaraan maupun SIM agar proses pelayanan berjalan lebih cepat dan tertib.
