JATIMTIMES - Pergerakan pasar saham Indonesia mendadak jadi sorotan publik usai Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) disebut langsung berbalik melemah saat Presiden Prabowo Subianto menyampaikan pidato terkait kebijakan komoditas dan hilirisasi, pada Rabu (20/5/2026) siang.

Dalam pidatonya, Prabowo sempat menyinggung soal pengelolaan sumber daya alam Indonesia dan penentuan harga komoditas di dalam negeri.
"Harga semua tambang kita, harga semua komunitas harus ditentukan di negara kita sendiri. Dan kalau mereka (asing) gak mau beli, ya nggak apa-apa. Biar aja itu di bawah tanah untuk cucu kita nanti," ujar Prabowo.
Tak lama setelah pidato itu berlangsung, sejumlah saham komoditas tercatat melemah cukup dalam. Kondisi tersebut memicu spekulasi bahwa pasar sedang merespons kebijakan baru pemerintah terkait ekspor bahan mentah dan komoditas strategis.
Founder Tumbuh Trader Syariah melalui akun Instagram pribadinya @tumbuhbarenglucy ikut menjelaskan penyebab kepanikan pasar tersebut.
"Tadi pagi IHSG itu masih hijau plus 1 persen loh, tapi habis pidato presiden langsung balik badan anjlok lebih dari 2 persen. Ini yang terjadi," ujarnya.
Ia menyebut pemerintah baru saja menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) baru yang mengatur ekspor sejumlah komoditas strategis seperti CPO, batu bara, dan fero alloy wajib melalui BUMN mulai 1 Juni 2026.
"Jadi hari ini Pak Prabowo itu resmi teken PP baru, jadi CPO, Batubara, sama Vero Aloy, semua ekspor wajib lewat BUMN mulai 1 Juni 2026. Nggak ada lagi ceritanya (perusahaan) swasta jual langsung ke buyer asing," katanya.
Menurutnya, kebijakan tersebut langsung direspons negatif oleh pelaku pasar karena dianggap berpotensi menekan keuntungan perusahaan swasta yang selama ini memiliki ekspor besar.
"Respon pasar ya seperti yang bisa dilihat ya teman-teman, brutal. ADRO itu langsung turun 6 persen ke harga 2190, AMMN juga jeblok. Sementara PTBA yang merupakan BUMN malah naik 6,79 persen," ujarnya.
Ia menjelaskan, investor melihat adanya potensi perubahan alur bisnis yang cukup besar di sektor komoditas.

"Kenapa swasta kena BUMN naik? Simpelnya kebijakan ini berpotensi menekan margin penjualan emiten komoditas yang punya eksposur ekspor besar," katanya.
Menurutnya, pasar menilai nantinya akan ada tambahan rantai distribusi karena BUMN menjadi perantara utama ekspor.
"Jadi yang sebelumnya margin atau cuan yang tadinya full masuk ke kantong perusahaan, sekarang ada BUMN di tengahnya," lanjutnya.
Tak hanya itu, investor juga khawatir aturan baru tersebut dapat memperpanjang birokrasi perdagangan internasional dan meningkatkan biaya operasional perusahaan.
"Plus, aturan ini dinilai bisa memperpanjang alur birokrasi perdagangan internasional. Sekaligus apa? Sekaligus nambah beban finansial emitennya," jelasnya.
Kekhawatiran pasar semakin besar karena muncul asumsi kebijakan serupa bisa diperluas ke sektor lain di masa depan.
"Dan yang bikin pasar makin panik, ini tuh bisa meluas. Jadi hari ini mungkin CPO sama Batubara, besok mungkin komoditas lain bisa menyusul," tuturnya.
Sementara itu, hingga kini pemerintah belum memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut terkait dampak aturan baru tersebut terhadap emiten swasta maupun mekanisme detail pelaksanaannya di lapangan.
