JATIMTIMES - Komandan Kodim 0818/Malang-Batu Letkol Czi Bayu Nugroho menegaskan proses pembangunan 127 titik Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) di Kabupaten Malang telah selesai 100 persen.
"Per hari ini sudah berjalan pembangunan 340 titik (Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih) dan yang sudah selesai 100 persen tadi malam itu sudah 127 titik," ungkap Bayu kepada JatimTIMES.com, Jumat (15/5/2026).

Perwira TNI dengan dua melati dipundaknya itu menyampaikan, pendistribusian kendaraan operasional berupa satu unit truk dan satu unit mobil pick up secara bertahap telah dilakukan kepada masing-masing KDKMP yang pembangunannya telah selesai 100 persen.
"Sebagian sudah dan prosesnya bertahap sesuai dengan proses pembangunannya, yang sudah 100 persen akan didukung secara bertahap," ujar Bayu.
Pihaknya menjelaskan, dalam proses pembangunan KDKMP tidak terdapat kendala yang berat. Hanya saja terdapat beberapa pengerjaan pembangunan KDKMP di Kabupaten Malang yang melebihi target tiga bulan dikarenakan faktor cuaca yang di luar kendali pihak TNI serta pekerja yang membangun KDKMP.
"Ada beberapa titik yang melebihi target. Kita kan targetnya tiga bulan. Tetapi Alhamdulillaah semuanya support. Jadi kendala-kendala di lapangan bisa kita atasi, yang tidak bisa kita lawan adalah kendala cuaca. Kalau itu memang di luar kendali," jelas Bayu.
Lebih lanjut, sesuai dengan Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang Percepatan Pembangunan Fisik Gerai, Pergudangan dan Kelengkapan KDKMP yang diterbitkan pada 22 Oktober 2025, bahwa seluruh pembangunan fisik KDKMP dimandatian kepada PT. Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. Dalam pelaksanaannya, PT. Agrinas Pangan Nusantara bekerja sama dengan TNI untuk merealisasikan pembangunan KDKMP di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Malang.
"Sesuai Inpres kita memang bertanggung jawab atau diberikan tugas membangunnya saja. Nanti setelah proses pembangunan kira serahkan ke PT. Agrinas, kemudian Agrinas menyerahkan ke pihak koperasi dan pihak koperasi yang melanjutkan," beber Bayu.

"Nanti akan ada pendampingan dari Agrinas selama dua tahun. Kita dari TNI sementara ini bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembangunannya dulu. Setelah itu akan kita bantu distribusinya, kita bantu komunikasikan dan fasilitasi dengan pemerintah desa," imbuh Bayu.
Sementara itu, pada Jumat (15/5/2026) ini seluruh jajaran TNI dan pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sedang melakukan persiapan pematangan KDKMP yang akan diluncurkan secara serentak oleh Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto.
"Ini kebetulan hari ini sedang persiapan untuk launching 1.061 titik di Jawa Timur dan Jawa Tengah yang besok akan dipimpin Bapak Presiden Prabowo langsung yang serentak 1.061 titik terpusat di Desa Nglawak, Kabupaten Nganjuk," pungkas Bayu.
