Pemkab Malang Gandeng Bank Jatim soal Biaya Alun-Alun di Kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan

JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang telah menyiapkan sejumlah skema untuk membiayai rencana pembangunan alun-alun di kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan, Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Salah satu skema yang telah dipersiapkan adalah turut melibatkan pihak perbankan.

Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi menyebut, salah satu skema pembiayaan rencana pembangunan alun-alun tersebut bersumber hasil dari dividen  Bank Jatim. "Nanti juga turut dibiayai Bank Jatim pakai dividen saham Pemkab (Malang) yang ada di Bank Jatim. Per tahun, kami menerima sekitar Rp 13,8 miliar," ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut, Pemimpin Bank Jatim Cabang Kepanjen Satria Dananjaya menyebut, pembiayaan rencana pembangunan alun-alun yang telah disiapkan Bank Jatim tersebut ialah melalui skema kredit pada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Malang. Sedangkan teknisnya  ialah pembiayaan melalui dividen sebagaimana yang disampaikan bupati Malang.

"(Skema pembiayaan melalui, red) kredit pada pemda, baik itu nanti untuk infrastruktur atau modal kerjanya," ujarnya.

Satria menyebut, tidak ada persyaratan khusus terkait pengajuan pembiayaan pembangunan alun-alun tersebut. Hanya, skema kredit pada pemda tersebut harus masuk pada perencanaan anggaran Pemkab Malang.

"Bank Jatim punya skema khusus kredit pada pemda. Sehingga nanti tergantung kebutuhannya berapa, bisa kami fasilitasi selama itu nanti juga sudah dianggarkan di RPJMD-nya (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah Kabupaten Malang)," pungkasnya.

Sebagaimana diberitakan, rencana pembangunan alun-alun di kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan tersebut merupakan opsi lanjutan. Pada wacana sebelumnya,  alun-alun tersebut rencananya bakal dibangun di kawasan Pendapa Panji Kabupaten Malang, Kecamatan Kepanjen.

Pemindahan lokasi pembangunan alun-alun tersebut turut mempertimbangkan sejumlah aspek. Terutama penyesuaian anggaran di tengah kebijakan efisiensi oleh pemerintah pusat.

Dari hasil peninjauan awal, pembangunan alun-alun di kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan tersebut membutuhkan anggaran yang ditaksir mencapai Rp150 miliar. Namun, untuk kepastiannya masih turut menunggu perencanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2027.

Sedangkan  pembebasan lahannya rencananya bakal dibiayai Bank Jatim melalui skema dividen. Lahan yang dipersiapkan seluas kurang lebih tiga hektare itulah yang bakal dibangun sejumlah fasilitas memadai selayaknya alun-alun pada umumnya.

Beberapa fasilitas penunjang tersebut di antaranya meliputi  tempat istirahat atau rest area, hingga gerai usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Sehingga diharapkan turut mendukung keberadaan ruang publik maupun rekreasi bagi masyarakat.
