JATIMTIMES - Polres Malang menindak kasus dugaan eksploitasi terhadap anak kandung yang terjadi di kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan, Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Pada penindakan dugaan eksploitasi oleh pihak kepolisian pada Minggu (26/4/2026) tersebut, melibatkan dua orang terlapor yang merupakan pasangan suami istri (pasutri).

Kasihumas Polres Malang AKP Bambang Subinajar menuturkan, penindakan yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Reserse Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak serta Pemberantasan Perdagangan Orang (Satres PPA-PPO) Polres Malang tersebut, dilakukan setelah adanya laporan informasi dari masyarakat.

Sementara dua orang terlapor yang merupakan pasutri dan telah ditindak oleh pihak kepolisian tersebut masing-masing berinisial FN (27) dan EP (36). Keduanya merupakan warga Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang.

"Keduanya diduga melakukan eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak kandung mereka dengan cara menyuruh mengamen di area publik," ujar Bambang dalam konfirmasinya kepada JatimTIMES, Kamis (30/4/2026).

Aksi dugaan eksploitasi terhadap anak kandung oleh pasutri tersebut, sebelumnya juga sempat viral di media sosial (medsos). Berdasarkan rekaman video yang dihimpun JatimTIMES dari sejumlah akun Instagram, nampak seorang perempuan yang menyuruh anak balita untuk mengamen di area Stadion Kanjuruhan.

Belakangan diketahui, sang perempuan tersebut merupakan ibu kandung dari anak balita tersebut. Dalam aksinya, sang ibu berperan mengawasi anaknya saat mengamen sembari membawa speaker portable. Sementara ayah dari anak balita tersebut berperan mengantar dan menunggu di lokasi serta bergantian mengamen dengan istrinya.

Pada rekaman video yang kini viral tersebut juga nampak sang anak yang menenteng toples biskuit. Sedangkan ibunya juga sama, menenteng toples sembari membawa speaker portable.

Ketika berada di keramaian pengunjung, sang ibu kemudian menyuruh anaknya untuk berkeliling sembari menyodorkan toples tersebut. Instruksi itu disampaikan oleh ibu kepada anaknya dengan nada yang terdengar cukup tegas. Bahkan sang anak balita tersebut juga diarahkan oleh ibunya dengan menggunakan sebilah kayu yang sepintas terlihat dari bambu sepanjang kurang lebih 50 sentimeter.

Peristiwa yang viral tersebut belakangan diketahui terjadi saat Car Free Day (CFD) yang berlangsung di kawasan Stadion Kanjuruhan. Yakni pada Minggu (26/4/2026) yang kemudian viral dan menuai kecaman dari sejumlah pihak termasuk warganet.

Dalam pernyataannya, Bambang menegaskan bahwa pihak kepolisian telah mengambil langkah pembinaan terhadap para terlapor agar tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Yakni perbuatan dugaan eksploitasi terhadap anak. 

"Kami telah mengamankan para terlapor dan meminta mereka untuk membuat pernyataan tertulis agar tidak mengulangi perbuatannya dengan turut disaksikan oleh pihak desa setempat,” tuturnya.

Bambang menambahkan, upaya yang telah dilakukan pihak kepolisian tersebut turut ditujukan sebagai langkah preventif sekaligus edukatif. Yakni dengan harapan agar masyarakat juga tidak melakukan praktik serupa.

"Kami mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat agar tidak melibatkan anak dalam aktivitas yang mengarah pada eksploitasi, karena hal tersebut dapat berdampak buruk terhadap tumbuh kembang anak,” pungkasnya.
