JATIMTIMES - Suasana kebersamaan lintas komunitas tampak kuat dalam Apel Besar Sabuk Kamtibmas yang digelar di Lapangan Apel Polresta Malang Kota, Kamis (30/4/2026). Kegiatan yang dipimpin langsung Kapolresta Malang Kota, Kombes Pol Putu Kholis Aryana ini menjadi simbol kolaborasi antara kepolisian dan masyarakat dalam menjaga stabilitas keamanan wilayah.

Berbagai elemen masyarakat hadir dalam apel tersebut, mulai dari Banser, Kokam, Senkom, Aremania, komunitas ojek online, relawan ambulans hingga mahasiswa. Kehadiran mereka mencerminkan semangat gotong royong dalam menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif di Kota Malang.

Hadirnya lintas komunitas ini memperlihatkan  bahwa keamanan bukan hanya tanggung jawab kepolisian, tetapi juga menjadi bagian dari peran aktif masyarakat. Sinergi inilah yang dinilai menjadi kekuatan utama dalam menciptakan rasa aman di tengah dinamika sosial yang terus berkembang.

Kapolresta Malang Kota, Kombes Pol Putu Kholis Aryana menegaskan bahwa keamanan kota tidak dapat dijaga oleh aparat semata, namun membutuhkan keterlibatan aktif seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

“Kami sangat mengapresiasi kehadiran rekan-rekan dari berbagai komunitas. Ini bukan hanya kegiatan seremonial, tetapi bentuk nyata komitmen bersama untuk menjaga Kota Malang tetap aman dan kondusif,” kata Kholis.

Menurutnya, keberhasilan menjaga keamanan selama ini merupakan hasil dari sinergi yang telah terbangun kuat antara aparat dan masyarakat. Ia pun mengingatkan bahwa berbagai agenda besar yang telah berlangsung di Kota Malang pada awal tahun 2026 dapat berjalan lancar berkat kolaborasi tersebut.

“Keamanan bukan hanya tanggung jawab kepolisian, tapi kebutuhan bersama. Di situasi apa pun, rasa aman menjadi hal mendasar yang harus kita jaga bersama,” tegasnya.

Apel Sabuk Kamtibmas ini juga menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat upaya preventif dan preemtif, dengan menitikberatkan pada peran komunitas sebagai mitra kepolisian di lapangan.

“Kami membuka ruang seluas-luasnya untuk bersinergi. Dengan kekompakan, kita bisa menjaga Kota Malang tetap damai. Kami juga memohon dukungan dan doa agar Polresta Malang Kota dapat terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik,” tambahnya.
