JATIMTIMES - Fenomena wajah terlihat flat di kamera meski sudah memakai makeup tebal masih sering dialami banyak orang. Hal ini rupanya bukan karena kurang produk, melainkan teknik yang belum tepat terutama dalam penggunaan contouring untuk menciptakan dimensi wajah.

Beauty content creator Dinda Azzura membagikan tips sederhana agar makeup tampak lebih hidup, baik di dunia nyata maupun di kamera. Menurut dia, kunci utama bukan pada ketebalan riasan, melainkan bagaimana menciptakan bayangan alami di wajah.

“Intinya kita tuh cuma perlu buat bayangan biar muka kita ada dimensinya. Jadi, di kamera pun tetap kelihatan ‘hidup’, nggak flat,” kata perempuan yang akrab disapa Dinzzur ini.

Ia menjelaskan, teknik contour bisa dimulai dengan mengenali struktur tulang wajah. Misalnya, pada tulang pipi, contour cukup diaplikasikan di bagian bawah tulang untuk memberi efek tegas. Sementara untuk hidung, garis tipis di sisi kanan-kiri serta sedikit bayangan di bawah dapat memberikan ilusi hidung lebih mancung.

“Raba aja tulangnya, taruh di bawahnya. Sesimpel itu. Kalau mau pipi terlihat lebih tirus, tinggal tarik ke atas,” imbuh Dinzzur.

Dinzzur juga menekankan pentingnya pemilihan warna contour. Ia menyarankan menggunakan warna dengan hint abu-abu (cool tone) agar hasilnya tampak natural, bukan justru terlihat “cemong”.

“Kalau terlalu warm, hasilnya malah kelihatan berantakan. Makanya banyak yang jadi takut contouring,” tambah Dinzzur.

Selain contour, ia menyarankan penggunaan bronzer, blush, dan highlighter secara berlapis agar tercipta transisi warna yang halus. Penempatan yang tepat akan membuat wajah tampak lebih “sculpted” dan berdimensi.

“Lihat, highlighter, bronzer, contour, blush on semuanya punya tempatnya. Jadi hasilnya jauh lebih HD dan ketangkep kamera,” ucap Dinzzur.

Dengan teknik yang tepat, Dinzzur memastikan pemula pun bisa menghasilkan tampilan makeup yang lebih maksimal tanpa harus berlebihan. Ia pun mengajak para beauty enthusiast untuk tidak lagi takut bereksperimen dengan contouring.

“Jangan takut nge-contour lagi, karena sebenarnya caranya gampang. Biar effort makeup kita nggak sia-sia dan tetap kelihatan berdimensi di foto,” tutupnya.
