JATIMTIMES - Sebagian jemaah haji Indonesia kini sudah mulai tiba di Arab Saudi untuk menjalankan rangkaian ibadah. Pada musim haji 2026 ini, suhu di Arab Saudi diperkirakan berada di cuaca panas yang ekstrem. Di tengah cuaca panas yang ekstrem, menjaga kondisi tubuh menjadi hal penting agar ibadah tetap berjalan lancar tanpa kendala kesehatan.

Salah satu masalah yang sering dialami jemaah adalah kaki kering hingga melepuh. Kondisi ini umumnya disebabkan oleh suhu panas, aktivitas berjalan yang cukup intens, serta penggunaan alas kaki yang kurang tepat.

Untuk itu, Kementerian Haji dan Umrah RI membagikan sejumlah tips sederhana agar kaki tetap sehat selama berhaji.

Tips Mencegah Kaki Melepuh saat Haji

Agar terhindar dari lecet dan luka di kaki, jemaah disarankan untuk memperhatikan beberapa hal berikut:

• Gunakan alas kaki yang sesuai dengan ukuran kaki saat beraktivitas di luar hotel

• Bawa kantong atau tas khusus untuk menyimpan sandal ketika masuk masjid

• Rutin menggunakan pelembap untuk menjaga kelembapan kulit kaki

• Pakai kaos kaki sebelum mengenakan alas kaki

Langkah-langkah ini terlihat sederhana, namun sangat efektif untuk mencegah iritasi akibat gesekan dan panas.

Selain menjaga kesehatan, jemaah juga diminta untuk selalu mengenakan gelang identitas selama berada di Tanah Suci. Gelang ini bukan sekadar aksesori, melainkan alat penting untuk membantu proses identifikasi.

Berdasarkan informasi resmi dari Kementerian Haji dan Umrah RI, gelang haji berfungsi mempermudah petugas dalam membantu jemaah yang tersesat atau terpisah dari rombongan.

Gelang haji terbuat dari logam (baja putih/monel) dan wajib dipakai selama di Arab Saudi. Di dalamnya terdapat berbagai data penting, seperti:

• Nomor kloter

• Nomor paspor

• Nomor maktab

• Tahun keberangkatan haji

• Logo dan tulisan Kementerian Haji dan Umrah RI

• Tulisan “Indonesia” dalam aksara Arab

• Bendera Indonesia dan kode embarkasi

Dengan data tersebut, proses pendampingan jemaah bisa dilakukan lebih cepat dan tepat.

Daftar Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) Jemaah Haji

Untuk menghadapi kondisi cuaca yang panas dan berdebu, jemaah juga dianjurkan menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD). Berikut perlengkapan yang disarankan:

• Kacamata hitam untuk melindungi mata dari sinar UV dan debu

• Payung lipat agar mudah dibawa saat bepergian

• Masker untuk melindungi hidung dan mulut (diganti setiap 4–6 jam)

• Tas paspor berisi dokumen penting, makanan ringan, dan obat-obatan

• Tas tambahan untuk menyimpan sandal dan perlengkapan kecil

• Botol atau semprotan air yang selalu terisi

• Alas kaki yang nyaman dan memiliki tali belakang

Dengan perlengkapan yang tepat, jemaah bisa menjalani ibadah dengan lebih aman dan nyaman.

Menjaga kesehatan selama haji bukan hanya soal stamina, tetapi juga perhatian terhadap hal-hal kecil seperti kondisi kaki dan perlengkapan yang digunakan. Persiapan yang matang akan membantu jemaah menjalankan ibadah dengan lebih khusyuk.
