JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang melalui Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Percepatan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke sejumlah Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), Rabu (22/4/2026). Sidak ini menyasar aspek perizinan dasar, konstruksi bangunan, hingga pengelolaan air bersih dan limbah domestik.

Tim gabungan yang turun ke lapangan melibatkan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPUPRPKP) serta UPT Pengolahan Limbah Air Domestik. Langkah ini merupakan tindak lanjut arahan wali kota dan sekretaris daerah selaku ketua satgas sekaligus memastikan kesiapan operasional dapur SPPG.

Kabid Cipta Karya DPUPRPKP Ade Herawanto selaku koordinator lapangan menjelaskan bahwa satgas bertugas mempercepat proses perizinan sekaligus melakukan pendampingan teknis di lapangan.

“Satgas ini dibentuk untuk mempercepat proses, terutama terkait perizinan dasar dapur SPPG, serta supervisi penanganan air bersih dan air limbah domestik,” ujarnya.

Ia menambahkan, tim percepatan dibagi dalam beberapa kelompok kerja, mulai dari tim perizinan dasar, pengelolaan air minum dan limbah, hingga tim monitoring dan evaluasi (monev). Evaluasi dijadwalkan berlangsung setiap tiga bulan dan dilaporkan kepada wali kota sebelum diteruskan ke kementerian terkait seperti Kementerian PUPR dan Kemendagri.

Sementara itu, Koordinator SIMBG Sumiati mengungkapkan bahwa sosialisasi terkait mekanisme perizinan telah dilakukan kepada seluruh pengelola dapur SPPG. Namun, realisasi di lapangan masih terbatas.

“Dari target 87 dapur SPPG, baru 12 titik yang mengajukan perizinan dan hanya satu yang sudah lengkap, yakni di wilayah Tlogowaru,” jelasnya.

Ia menegaskan, pihaknya terus mendorong percepatan pengajuan izin dengan membuka ruang pendampingan bagi pengelola yang mengalami kendala teknis maupun administratif.

Dalam sidak tersebut, perhatian utama juga tertuju pada pengelolaan air limbah domestik. Kepala UPT Pengolahan Limbah Air Domestik, Kamila, menekankan pentingnya pengolahan limbah secara terpadu.

“Limbah tidak hanya berasal dari toilet, tetapi juga dari aktivitas dapur seperti mencuci bahan makanan dan peralatan. Semua harus diolah melalui IPAL agar memenuhi baku mutu sebelum dibuang,” ucapnya.

Menurut Kamila, pengujian kualitas air limbah perlu dilakukan secara berkala, baik setiap bulan maupun triwulanan, sesuai standar kementerian. Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa pengelolaan limbah tidak dapat dipisahkan dari penyediaan air bersih karena keduanya berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesehatan lingkungan.

Sidak kali ini turut menyasar SPPG di Tlogowaru yang telah memenuhi standar perizinan dan infrastruktur serta dijadikan sebagai percontohan bagi lokasi lainnya.

Staf Subkoordinator Air Minum dan Air Limbah Bidang Cipta Karya, Eka Prasetya Wipo, menyebut bahwa monitoring akan diperluas ke seluruh titik SPPG. “Hari ini kami fokus di satu titik sebagai contoh. Selanjutnya, kami akan melakukan monev di puluhan titik lainnya hingga akhir April,” ujarnya.

Hasil monitoring tersebut akan menjadi bahan evaluasi lanjutan bagi Pemkot Malang, yang menargetkan seluruh SPPG dapat memenuhi standar operasional secara menyeluruh.

Melalui sidak ini, Pemkot Malang berharap seluruh pengelola SPPG segera melengkapi perizinan serta meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan lingkungan, agar program pemenuhan gizi masyarakat dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.
