JATIMTIMES - Pelaksanaan hari pertama Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) 2026 diwarnai temuan kecurangan. Panitia Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) mencatat ribuan indikasi pelanggaran yang terjadi di sejumlah pusat UTBK di berbagai daerah.

Ketua Umum Tim Penanggung Jawab SNPMB 2026, Eduart Wolok, menegaskan bahwa pengawasan akan diperketat, khususnya di lokasi yang terindikasi memiliki kejanggalan data.

“Kita lebih perketat lagi di pusat-pusat UTBK yang terdapat data anomali,” ujar Eduart dalam konferensi pers UTBK 2026, Selasa (21/4/2026).

Daftar Pusat UTBK yang Terindikasi Kecurangan

Panitia menemukan indikasi pelanggaran di beberapa lokasi pelaksanaan UTBK, di antaranya:

• Pusat UTBK UPN Veteran Jawa Timur

• Pusat UTBK Universitas Airlangga

• Pusat UTBK Universitas Diponegoro

• Pusat UTBK Universitas Negeri Surabaya

• Pusat UTBK Universitas Sulawesi Barat

• Pusat UTBK Universitas Negeri Malang. 

Eduart mengungkapkan, pada hari pertama UTBK 2026 ditemukan sekitar 2.940 potensi kecurangan. Ia pun mengingatkan peserta agar tidak mencoba melakukan pelanggaran pada sesi berikutnya.

“Jadi sekali lagi kami sampaikan bahwasanya jauh lebih baik bagi yang berniat untuk curang dan sebagainya sebaiknya diurungkan,” tegasnya.

Modus Kecurangan yang Ditemukan

Berbagai cara dilakukan oleh oknum peserta untuk mencoba mengakali sistem UTBK. Berikut beberapa modus yang terungkap:

1. Pemalsuan dokumen

Modus ini tergolong klasik dan kerap terjadi setiap tahun. Dokumen dipalsukan agar joki bisa menggantikan peserta dan mengerjakan soal langsung di lokasi ujian.

2. Penggunaan alat komunikasi

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, kecurangan juga dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan perangkat komunikasi. Peserta diduga bekerja sama dengan pihak luar untuk mendapatkan jawaban secara real time.

Lebih jauh, Eduart mengungkapkan bahwa praktik kecurangan ini tidak berdiri sendiri, melainkan melibatkan jaringan atau sindikat.

“Kita temukan itu sudah ada (oknum panitia) yang dipecat dan juga dilaporkan ke ranah hukum. Jadi memang kita tidak tidak main-main karena ini,” ujarnya.

Panitia menegaskan tidak akan mentoleransi segala bentuk kecurangan. Peserta yang terbukti melanggar akan dikenakan sanksi tegas, mulai dari masuk daftar hitam hingga tidak bisa mengikuti seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi negeri, baik melalui UTBK maupun jalur mandiri.

“Saya tegaskan, praktik-praktik kecurangan ini tidak akan kami tolerir,” kata Eduart, yang juga menjabat sebagai Rektor Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.

Panitia pun mengimbau seluruh peserta UTBK untuk mengikuti ujian secara jujur dan mematuhi aturan, demi menjaga integritas seleksi nasional masuk perguruan tinggi.
