JATIMTIMES - Eksistensi seni tradisi seperti ludruk dan reog di Kota Surabaya terus berkembang dari tahun ke tahun. Dukungan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Surabaya melalui berbagai fasilitas dan program, turut menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan kesenian tradisional tersebut.
Pendiri Komunitas Ludruk Luntas, Robert Bayonet, menilai dukungan Pemkot Surabaya melalui Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata (Disbudporapar) sudah cukup dirasakan oleh para pelaku seni.

"Selama ini yang diberikan cukup bagus juga terhadap seni tradisi, khususnya ludruk ini juga diperhatikan. Walaupun belum 100 persen, tapi cukup kami rasakan ketika kita membuat event-event atau melestarikan ludruk ke masyarakat," ujar Robert, Senin (20/4/2026).
Ia mencontohkan program "Ludruk Merdeka" yang digelar dengan konsep keliling ke 10 kampung sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan nyata dari pemerintah. "Jadi kami ada program Ludruk Merdeka itu keliling 10 Kampung. Itu yang disupport oleh pemerintah," tuturnya.
Terkait akses fasilitas kesenian, Robert mengakui tidak ada kendala selama mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku. Namun, ia berharap aturan yang ada tidak terlalu menyulitkan pelaku seni. "Tapi yang sekarang ini, kita mau latihan juga mudah. Kita mau latihan baik di GNI (Gedung Nasional Indonesia) maupun Balai Pemuda, sebetulnya mudah, asalkan kita tahu prosedurnya," ungkap dia.
Selain itu, Robert juga menilai rencana transformasi Dewan Kesenian menjadi Dewan Kebudayaan Surabaya sebagai langkah positif. Menurutnya, perubahan ini akan memperluas cakupan perhatian terhadap berbagai sektor budaya. "Bagus juga sebenarnya. Karena cakupannya akan lebih luas," kata Robert yang telah menggeluti bidang kesenian sejak 25 tahun silam.
Robert melihat perkembangan ludruk di Kota Pahlawan menunjukkan tren peningkatan. Hal ini ditandai dengan bertambahnya kelompok-kelompok ludruk setiap tahun. Karenanya, ia berharap keberadaan Dewan Kebudayaan nanti dapat lebih dekat dalam memperhatikan kelompok seni tradisi.
"Dari tahun ke tahun itu menambah kelompok-kelompok ludruk. Dengan adanya bidang (dewan) kebudayaan ini, kita harapkan bisa memperhatikan secara lebih dekat lagi kelompok-kelompok kesenian, khususnya seni tradisi," harapnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Perhimpunan Unit-Unit Reog Kota Surabaya (Purbaya), Budi Sutrisno, menyatakan dukungannya terhadap rencana transformasi kelembagaan tersebut. Menurutnya, langkah itu akan berdampak positif bagi kemajuan kesenian, termasuk reog.

"Kalau memang ini untuk kemajuan kesenian reog dan kesenian yang lainnya, kami dari kesenian reog sangat setuju," ujar Mas Tris, sapaan lekatnya.
Mas Tris berharap Pemkot Surabaya tidak hanya memberikan fasilitas, tetapi juga membuka ruang diskusi seperti sarasehan agar pelaku seni memahami arah kebijakan pemerintah. "Biar kita sebagai pekerja, pegiat, pelestari seni, tahu arahan dari Pemerintah Kota Surabaya," katanya.
Dalam hal fasilitasi, Mas Tris menilai hubungan antara komunitas reog dengan Pemkot Surabaya selama ini berjalan baik. Ia menyebut berbagai kegiatan kesenian hampir selalu mendapatkan dukungan fasilitas dari pemerintah. "Insyaallah kita kalau ada agenda kegiatan pasti difasilitasi," ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, atmosfer perkembangan reog di Surabaya saat ini juga semakin meningkat. Hal ini terlihat dari rutinnya pertunjukan yang digelar, terutama pada akhir pekan dan hari libur.
"Atmosfer untuk kesenian Surabaya terkait reog yang saya ketahui, sangat meningkat. Karena saya melihat itu tiap minggu atau tanggal merah kita selalu ada penampilan-penampilan reog untuk pariwisata," pungkasnya.
