JATIMTIMES – Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansa menunjuk  MHD. Aftabuddin Rijaluzzaman  sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Provinsi Jawa Timur guna memastikan keberlangsungan pelayanan publik tetap berjalan optimal. Penunjukan Plt Kadis ESDM Jatim itu merujuk Surat Penunjukan Nomor 800/2506/204.4/2026 tanggal 17 April 2026. 

Hal ini dilakukan menyusul penetapan status tersangka dan penahanan terhadap Kepala Dinas ESDM Provinsi Jawa Timur Aris Mukiyono oleh penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur, terkait dugaan praktik pungutan liar dalam proses perizinan pertambangan dan air tanah. Selain itu, dua ASN lainnya juga turut ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam perkara yang saat ini ditangani oleh Bidang Pidana Khusus Kejati Jawa Timur.

Gubernur Khofifah menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur menghormati sepenuhnya proses hukum yang sedang berlangsung serta menyerahkan penanganan perkara kepada aparat penegak hukum. “Kita  menyerahkan semua proses kepada APH. Karena ini proses sedang berjalan, kita menghormati proses yang sedang berjalan,” ujar Khofifah.

Gubernur Khofifah menegaskan bahwa penunjukan Plt Kepala Dinas ESDM Jatim merupakan langkah administratif yang dilakukan untuk menjamin stabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, khususnya pada sektor energi dan sumber daya mineral yang memiliki peran strategis. “Penunjukan Plt ini penting agar seluruh layanan kepada masyarakat tetap berjalan, termasuk pelayanan perizinan dan fungsi pengawasan di sektor ESDM,” tegasnya.

Lebih lanjut, Gubernur Khofifah juga mengingatkan seluruh jajaran perangkat daerah untuk tetap menjaga integritas, profesionalitas, serta menjalankan tugas sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Ia menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, transparan, dan akuntabel. “Kami terus mengingatkan seluruh jajaran untuk menjunjung tinggi integritas. Pelayanan publik harus tetap berjalan dengan baik, transparan, dan sesuai aturan,” ujarnya.

“Momentum ini menjadi pengingat bagi kita semua untuk terus memperbaiki sistem, memperkuat pengawasan, dan memastikan tata kelola yang baik di seluruh sektor,” pungkasnya.
