JATIMTIMES PHK ) masih menjadi tantangan serius di berbagai daerah di Indonesia pada awal 2026. Data terbaru dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan menunjukkan ribuan pekerja kehilangan pekerjaan dalam tiga bulan pertama tahun ini.
Berdasarkan laporan resmi yang dihimpun melalui sistem Satu Data Kemnaker, jumlah pekerja yang terdampak PHK hingga Maret 2026 tercatat mencapai 8.389 orang. Angka tersebut merupakan pekerja yang terdaftar sebagai peserta program Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan (JKP) dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan .

Dalam laporan yang dikutip pada Minggu (12/4/2026), disebutkan bahwa sebaran PHK tidak merata dan terkonsentrasi di beberapa provinsi tertentu. Jawa Barat menjadi wilayah dengan jumlah PHK paling tinggi, menyumbang sekitar 20,51 persen dari total kasus nasional. Secara angka, terdapat 1.721 pekerja di provinsi tersebut yang kehilangan pekerjaan hingga Maret 2026.
Posisi berikutnya ditempati oleh Kalimantan Selatan dengan 1.071 pekerja terdampak PHK. Sementara itu, Kalimantan Timur mencatat 915 kasus PHK, disusul Banten dengan 707 pekerja.
Adapun Jawa Timur juga masuk dalam daftar lima besar provinsi dengan jumlah PHK terbanyak, yakni mencapai 649 orang hingga periode yang sama.
Berikut daftar lengkap lima provinsi dengan jumlah PHK tertinggi hingga Maret 2026:
1. Jawa Barat: 1.721 orang
2. Kalimantan Selatan: 1.071 orang
