JATIMTIMES - Warga Dusun Paras, Desa Turipinggir, Megaluh,Jombanvlg, digegerkan dengan sesosok mayat tersangkut di Sungai Sekunder Turi Baru. Mayat dalam kondisi bugil dan terdapat luka sayat di leher.

Kepala Dusun Paras Johan Dwi Santoso mengatakan, mayat pertama ditemukan seorang petani yang melintas di tanggul Sungai Sekunder Turi Baru pagi tadi pukul 11.00 WIB. Mayat pria tersebut tersangkut di cor beton pembatas sungai dengan posisi tubuh tengkurap.

 "Kondisi mayat tersangkut hanya pakai celana dalam. Usia sekitar 30-40 tahun," ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Minggu (12/04/2026).

Johan mengatakan, kondisi mayat masih segar. Kemungkinan belum lama meninggal dunia. Ia juga memastikan, korban bukanlah warga Desa Turipinggir. Sebab, tidak ada warga setempat yang mengenali korban. "Kalau warga sini bukan," tandasnya.

Penemuan mayat itu lantas dilaporkan ke polisi. Tidak lama, petugas dari Satreskrim Polres Jombang dan Polsek Megaluh tiba di lokasi untuk olah TKP. Setelah itu mayat dievakuasi ke RSUD Jombang. Saat dievakuasi, Johan melihat ada luka sayatan di bagian leher korban.

"Untuk jelasnya kayaknya korban pembunugan, di lehernya itu putus. Bekas digoro," kara Johan.

Sementara, hingga saat ini polisi belum memberikan keterangan terkait penemuan mayat tersebut dan luka sayat di leher korban. Wartawan berusaha mengonfirmasi pihak kepolisian namun belum ada jawaban.
