JATIMTIMES - Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya (DPRKP-CK) Lamongan, menegaskan proyek revitalisasi dan penataan landscape di kawasan Lapangan Gajah Mada, yang terletak di Kelurahan Sukomulyo, sesuai ketentuan pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan biaya.

Hal itu disampaikan Kepada DPRKP-CK Lamongan, M. Fahrudin Ali Fikri, yang juga menjelaskan proyek itu terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan, termasuk didalamnya pengadaan dan penanaman tumbuhan.

"Secara pengerjaan sudah tidak ada masalah, dan dikerjakan sesuai RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya). Air mancurnya juga berfungsi dengan baik dan ketinggian mancurnya juga sesuai," kata Fahrudin kepada jatimtimes, Sabtu (11/4/2026).

Kemudian, masih menurut Fahrudin, pohonnya itu bukan pohon palem, tapi pohon ental (siwalan), dan ada juga jenis tumbuhan lainnya. Semuanya sudah tertanam bahkan kondisinya saat ini hidup, gak ada yang mati," terusnya.

Lebih lanjut, Fahrudin menuturkan agar masyarakat berkunjung ke lokasi untuk melihat kondisi dan keindahan air mancur menari serta taman didalamnya. "Lebih jelasnya, bisa melihat langsung ke lokasi, biar tahu bagaimana kondisinya," tuturnya.

Untuk diketahui, proyek revitalisasi dan penataan landscape di kawasan Lapangan Gajah Mada, yang terletak di Jalan Sumargo, Kelurahan Sukomulyo, Kecamatan/ Kabupaten Lamongan ini dibangun melalui Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun 2025 sebesar Rp 924.000.000,-.

Pekerjaan tersebut terdiri dari pembangunan kolam, air mancur, pekerjaaan taman, batu alam, 16 pohon siwalan, tumbuhan teh-teh an, pritipink pohon pule, lampu dan drainase.

Proyek penataan taman (landscape) yang dikerjakan Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya (DPRKP-CK) Lamongan ini menghadirkan taman tematik lengkap dengan air mancur berwarna-warni yang dapat menari, sehingga memperkuat kawasan tersebut sebagai episentrum fasilitas publik dan ruang terbuka hijau di pusat kota Lamongan.
