JATIMTIMES - DPRD Kota Malang mempercepat pembahasan Perda Pemajuan Kebudayaan yang telah diinisiasi sejak 2023. Regulasi ini menjadi inisiatif dewan untuk memperkuat arah kebijakan budaya.

Ketua DPRD Kota Malang Amithya Ratnanggani Sirraduhita menyebut progres pembahasan terus berjalan. Pansus lintas periode kini kembali mengawal penyempurnaan substansi.

“Mengenai pemajuan kebudayaan, perda ini sudah kami inisiasi sejak 2023. Ini perda inisiatif dewan,” ujar Mia, sapaan akrabnya.

Ia menjelaskan, pembahasan terkini melibatkan anggota pansus dari periode sebelumnya. Mereka didampingi Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) untuk memperdalam materi.

“Alhamdulillah hari ini kami anggota pansus dari periode sebelumnya didampingi Bapemperda untuk membahas lebih lanjut,” katanya.

Amithya mengungkapkan, sejumlah poin penting telah diuraikan dalam forum sebelumnya. Termasuk catatan koreksi dari pemerintah provinsi yang perlu disesuaikan.

“Kemarin di Bapemperda sudah kami uraikan poin-poinnya, termasuk adanya koreksi dari provinsi. Hari ini kami sampaikan laporannya,” jelasnya.

Ia menegaskan, perda ini mengatur konstruksi kebijakan pemajuan kebudayaan di Kota Malang. Pemerintah kota didorong memiliki arah yang jelas dan terukur.

“Intinya adalah bagaimana pemerintah kota mengonstruksikan kebijakan tentang pemajuan kebudayaan,” tegasnya.

Amithya menambahkan, regulasi ini juga memetakan aktor dan pemangku kepentingan kebudayaan. Semua pihak diharapkan berperan aktif dalam ekosistem budaya.

“Kami ingin memberikan titik tegas kepada pemerintah kota untuk melaksanakan program-program pemajuan kebudayaan,” tandasnya.

Ia memastikan, koreksi dari pemerintah provinsi akan diakomodasi dalam draf akhir. DPRD menargetkan perda ini mampu menjadi landasan kuat pengembangan budaya daerah.
