JATIMTIMES - Cuaca panas pada April 2026 diperkirakan terasa lebih menyengat dari biasanya. Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) menyebut sebagian wilayah Indonesia mulai memasuki musim kemarau lebih awal sejak bulan ini.

Berdasarkan data BMKG, sekitar 114 Zona Musim atau 16,3 persen wilayah Indonesia telah memasuki musim kemarau pada April 2026. Wilayah tersebut meliputi sebagian Jawa, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, hingga beberapa daerah di Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Selain itu, suhu udara pada periode Maret hingga Mei 2026 diprediksi berada di atas normal, dengan peluang mencapai 80 hingga 100 persen di banyak wilayah.

BMKG juga memproyeksikan musim kemarau tahun ini cenderung lebih kering, di mana sekitar 64,5 persen wilayah Indonesia mengalami curah hujan di bawah normal. Meski bukan termasuk gelombang panas ekstrem, kombinasi suhu tinggi dan cuaca kering tetap berpotensi berdampak pada kesehatan.

Karena itu, penting bagi masyarakat untuk mulai beradaptasi menghadapi kondisi ini. Dilansir dari The Times of India, berikut beberapa langkah sederhana yang bisa dilakukan agar tubuh tetap sehat dan nyaman saat cuaca panas.

1. Atur Aktivitas, Hindari Terik Berlebihan

Paparan sinar matahari langsung, terutama di siang hari, bisa berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Sebisa mungkin, batasi aktivitas luar ruangan saat matahari sedang terik. Pilih waktu pagi atau sore hari untuk beraktivitas. Jika memang harus keluar rumah, gunakan pelindung seperti topi atau payung dan pastikan tubuh tidak kelelahan.

2. Pilih Pakaian yang Ringan dan Menyerap Keringat

Apa yang kamu kenakan juga berpengaruh besar terhadap kenyamanan tubuh. Gunakan pakaian berbahan ringan, longgar, dan mudah menyerap keringat seperti katun. Selain itu, warna terang lebih disarankan karena tidak menyerap panas sebanyak warna gelap.

3. Perbanyak Minum Air Putih

Kunci utama menghadapi cuaca panas adalah menjaga tubuh tetap terhidrasi. Jangan menunggu haus baru minum, karena itu bisa menjadi tanda awal tubuh kekurangan cairan. Biasakan minum air putih secara rutin, terutama saat banyak beraktivitas di luar ruangan.

4. Perhatikan Asupan Makanan

Selain dari minuman, cairan juga bisa diperoleh dari makanan. Konsumsi buah dan sayur yang kaya air seperti semangka, melon, jeruk, dan mentimun. Selain menyegarkan, makanan ini juga membantu memenuhi kebutuhan vitamin dan mineral tubuh.

5. Batasi Minuman Manis dan Berkafein

Minuman manis, bersoda, atau berkafein memang terasa nikmat saat cuaca panas. Namun, jika dikonsumsi berlebihan justru bisa mempercepat kehilangan cairan tubuh. Sebaiknya pilih alternatif yang lebih sehat seperti air putih, infused water, atau jus buah tanpa tambahan gula.

Menghadapi cuaca panas bukan hanya soal kenyamanan, tetapi juga menjaga kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah sederhana ini, risiko gangguan kesehatan akibat suhu tinggi bisa diminimalkan.
