JATIMTIMES - Merek kosmetik Pinkflash baru-baru ini menjadi sorotan warganet di media sosial usai Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) menemukan kandungan berbahaya pada produknya.

BPOM sebelumnya telah merilis daftar kosmetik yang mereka anggap ilegal karena kandungan bahan berbahaya. Salah satunya dari merek Pinkflash.

Beberapa produk Pinkflash yang teridentifikasi mengandung bahan berbahaya, antara lain:

1. Pinkflash Pro Touch Eyeshadow Palette PF-E15 - #02 (NA11211201040) dari PT FCL International Indonesia/Guangzhou Duoduo Cosmetics Co. Ltd. Mengandung pewarna merah K3 dan K10, izin edarnya telah dicabut.

2. Pinkflash L01 Lasting Matte Lipcream - R04 (NA11211300237) milik PT FCL International Indonesia/Guangzhou Duoduo Cosmetics Co. Ltd. Mengandung pewarna merah K3, izin edarnya sudah tidak berlaku.

3. Pinkflash Multi Face Pallet PF-M02 - #01 (NA11211200494) dari PT FCL International Indonesia/Guangzhou Duoduo Cosmetics Co. Ltd. Mengandung pewarna acid orange 7, izin edarnya juga telah dibatalkan.

Setelah BPOM mengumumkan pencabutan izin edar sejumlah produk kosmetik mereka, pihak perusahaan akhirnya memberikan klarifikasi resmi. Dalam pernyataannya, Pinkflash menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada para pelanggan atas masalah ini.

Mereka menjelaskan bahwa insiden ini terjadi karena pabrik yang sebelumnya bekerja sama telah mengganti bahan baku produk tanpa memperhatikan kesesuaian dengan regulasi keamanan yang ditetapkan oleh BPOM.

Pinkflash menegaskan komitmennya untuk memastikan keamanan setiap produknya dan berjanji akan terus berkolaborasi dengan BPOM guna menyelesaikan masalah ini.

"Kami melakukan penarikan beberapa produk yang tidak sesuai regulasi BPOM, pemusnahan produk, pemutusan Kerja sama dengan pabrik, pelaporan secara resmi kepada BPOM dan pengujian laboratorium," terang Pinkflash dikutip dari Instagram @pinkflashcosmetics, pada Sabtu (30/11/2024).

Perusahaan akan melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap seluruh produknya dan meningkatkan sistem pengawasan kualitas.

Mereka juga akan memberikan kompensasi kepada pelanggan yang telah membeli produk dengan kode batch produk tersebut.

"Untuk pembelian produk yang tertera diatas melalui e-commerce, kalian bisa menghubungi customer service resmi kami dan untuk pembelian offline, silakan hubungi kami melalui email di cs.pinkflashid@gmail.com, kami siap dan senang hati membantu," jelasnya.

Sebagai informasi, pemilik Pinkflash adalah Guangzhou Jizhi Trading Co.Ltd., sebuah perusahaan penyedia produk OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)/ODM (Original Design Manufacturing).

Pinkflash masih satu payung dengan Focallure, brand kecantikan yang sudah dulu dipasarkan oleh pabrikan asal China tersebut.
