JATIMTIMES - Proses pelaporan dan juga keberatan hasil rekapitulasi yang sudah dibacakan KPU Jember beberapa waktu lalu terus bergulir. Tidak hanya berhenti di persidangan pelanggaran administrasi yang digelar di kantor Bawaslu Jember, akan tetapi juga bergulir di Mahkamah Konstitusi dan juga DKPP (Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu).

Hal ini disampaikan Habib Zaini, selaku kuasa hukum saksi PAN Jember kepada sejumlah wartawan, Kamis (28/3/2024) di Jember. "Saat ini, kami juga sudah melaporkan pelanggaran kode etik terkait pelanggaran yang terjadi di Kecamatan Sumberbaru ke DKPP RI. Laporan sudah kami layangkan bulan ini, saat ini tinggal menunggu persidangan," ujar Habib Zaini.

Menurut pria asal Surabaya ini, kasus di Kecamatan Sumberbaru, ada 3 jenis pelanggaran pemilu yang terjadi, yakni pelanggaran administratif, pelanggaran pidana pemilu dan pelanggan etik. Untuk pelanggaran administratif dan pidana pemilu tengah dalam proses di Bawaslu Jember. 

"Sedangkan untuk pelanggaran Kode etik, akan digelar oleh DKPP RI," katanya.

Meski demikian, Habib Zaini enggan menyebut nama-nama terlapor, karena masih menunggu undangan dari DKPP. Dia baru akan menyampaikan nama-nama terlapornya, setelah mendapatkan undangan dari DKPP.

"Maaf kami belum bisa menyebut nama-nama terlapornya saat ini. Kami masih menunggu undangan dulu," katanya.

Sebelumnya, Bawaslu kabupaten Jember, menggelar 2 Sidang dugaan pelanggaran administrasi yang dilaporkan PAN ke Bawaslu Provinsi Jawa Timur dan ke Bawaslu RI. Yang menjadi terlapor di Bawaslu Provinsi Jatim, yaitu 5 Komisioner KPU Jember dan 5 anggota PPK Sumberbaru.

Sedangkan terlapor ke Bawaslu RI, hanya 5 anggota PPK Sumberbaru saja. Untuk sidang kasus pelanggaran administrasi Pemilu ini dilanjutkan Senin - Selasa (1-2 April 2024).
