  1. Keluarkan air kelapa muda.
  2. Kerok bagian kelapa, kemudian sisihkan

Cara Membuat Es Kelapa Muda Gula merah:

  1. Larukan gula merah dan gula pasir dalam panci kecil. Beri tambahan air tunggu hingga larut sempurna.
  2. Masakan santan dengan daun pandan, hingga mendidih sempurna
  3. Siapkan wadah masukan es batu, kelapa, cairan gula
  4. Tambahkan santan jika suka, kemudian hidangkan es degan dalam keadaan dingin.

Cara Membuat Es kelapa muda alpukat:

  1. Kerok alpukat atau potong sesuai selera
  2. Kerok kelapa lalu sisihkan
  3. Ambil wadah dan larutkan susu, maupun gula
  4. Masukan bahan-bahan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya.
  5. Tambahkan gula, santan, air. Kemudian campur hingga merata.

  • Daging kelapa muda
  • Nata de coco
  • Sirup markisa
  • Es batu
  • 100ml air

Cara Membuat es kelapa muda markisa

  1. Masukkan es batu dalam gelas beri daging kelapa muda
  2. Tambahkan nata de coco selanjutnya dan kelapa muda
  3. Beri sirup markisa lalu air dan terakhir tambahkan sedikit sirup kembali pada atasnya.

  • 1 bungkus agar agar hijau, masak sesuai petunjuk, bekukan lalu potong dadu

  • Kelapa muda, keruk dagingnya
  • 100 gram sagu mutiara putih rebus matang

  • 1 kaleng (380 ml) susu evaporated
  • 200 ml air kelapa
  • 3 sachet kental manis (bila kurang manis boleh ditambah)
  • 1 sdm endapan pandan (boleh ganti 3 tetes pasta pandan)
