JATIMTIMES - Gebyar Sadar Pajak yang digelar Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Malang tahun 2023 digelar secara meriah. Kegiatan tersebut dikolaborasikan bersama kegiatan Malang Flower Carnival (MFC) di kawasan Kayutangan Heritage.

Kepala Bapenda Kota Malang, Handi Priyanto mengatakan bahwa Gebyar Sadar Pajak ini adalah reward dari Pemerintah Kota Malang kepada masyarakat yang tertib membayar pajak tepat waktu. Menariknya, agenda tahun ini digelar outdoor karena berbarengan dengan MFC.

“Ini agenda yang luar biasa, kami kolaborasi bersama Disporapar, dimana Gebyar Sadar Pajak kita kolaborasikan dengan Malang Flower Carnival,” kata Handi, Minggu (30/7/2023).

“Hari ini kami undi masyarakat yang sudah lunas PBB, sudah makan di restoran, nginap di hotel dan sebagainya yang bon nya sudah dikirim ke Bapenda,” imbuh Handi.

Pada Gebyar Sadar Pajak tahun ini, Bapenda Kota Malang mengundi 1 unit mobil, 12 motor dan puluhan hadiah lainnya.

Menurut Handi, Gebyar Sadar Pajak kali ini sengaja digelar outdoor untuk memunculkan juga kemeriahan pada masyarakat. Karena sebenarnya kegiatan inj akan digelar pada tanggal 5 Agustus.

“Akhirnya pertimbangan kekurangan dan sekalian di MCF kami buat semeriah mungkin,” ujar Handi.

Pada kegiatan ini, Bapenda Kota Malang juga langsung mengumumkan para pemenang Gebyar Sadar Pajak. “Atas nama Pemkot Malang kami mengucapkan terimakasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada masyarakat yang sudah melaksanakan kewajiban membayar pajak,” beber Handi.

Dijelaskan Handi, semua kegiatan dan pembangunan di Kota Malang berawal dari pajak masyarakat. Dan pada tahun 2023 ini, Handi mengaku bahwa memang belum semua lunas untuk PBB, namun sudah menginjak angka 70 persen.

“Jatuh temponya akhir Juli, dan nanti pada Agustus akan kami buka lagi untuk bebas denda. Mungkin ada masyarakat yang masib ada keperluan sehingga belum bayar pajak, dan mungkin bisa bayar pada bulan Agustus,” jelas Handi.y ⁰
