BATUTIMES- Banyak yang bilang, berwisata ke Kota Batu rasanya kurang lengkap jika tidak berkunjung ke kedai kopi. Karena di Kota Apel itu sangat banyak tempat nongkrong asyik bagi anak-anak muda juga keluarga. Omah Koempoel bisa menjadi salah satu pilihan kalian yang lagi di Batu. Apalagi yang suka dengan nuasa tempo dulu tempat ini bisa menjadi salah satu referensi terdekat dari Alun-Alun Kota Batu.

Lebih tepatnya berada di Jalan Sultan Hasan Halim, Kelurahan Sisir, Kecamatan Batu. Cafe ini dibuka mulai pukul 10.00 WIB hingga 22.00 WIB. Jika kalian melihat dari luar, bangunan tradisional khas Jawa itu sudah terlihat.

Untuk memasuki Omah Koempoel harus melewati pintu gebyok yang terbuat dari jati. Ya bangunan yang ada di sana itu dibuat dengan menggunakan kayu-kayu jati.

Dari kayu-kayu jati itu terbangunnya rumah joglo, ada limasan (rumah adat Jawa) bawah, limasan atas, rampasan panggung dan rampasan atas. Bahkan kayu jati lama didatangkan dari luar Batu, demi mendapatkan nuansa dan aura klasik Jawa tempo dulu.

“Di Omah Koempoel ada rumah Joglo, rumah limasan, ada juga rampasan. Sesuai dengan temannya rumah tradisional,” ucap Penanggung Jawab Omah Koempoel, Musa Khuzainudin.

Seluruh perabotan di sana mulai dari kursi, meja, meja rias, dinding kayu serta gebyok juga dekorasi kafe seperti kendi, talenan, topeng dan periuk dari tanah liat diserasikan dengan bangunan rumah joglo. Bagi yang nongkrong di sana bisa memilih tempat indoor atau outdoor.

“Semula tempat ini dihadirkan untuk tempat berkumpul sesuai dengan namanya, dengan menyuguhkan bangunan yang klasik dan berbeda. Sehingga terus dikembangkan dengan tidak merubah tema,” imbuhnya.

Menu yang dihadirkan itu berupa camilan ringan tradisional dan western seperti tahu petis, risol mayo, banana nugget dan sebagainya. Dengan menu minuman spesial dengan mengangkat nama-nama sumber di Kota Batu, seperti tirto umbul yang terdiri dari madu, jeruk nipis dan jahe.

Ada juga tirto banyuning yang terdiri dari teh, jeruk nipis, mint dan madu juga ada kopi koempoel yang terdiri dari kopi robusta dan susu murni serta menu minuman spesial lainnya dapat dipilih. Untuk pilihan kopi seperti robusta dan arabika dapat dipilih cara penyajiannya, misal kopi tubruk, V60, pres atau vietnam drip.

Sambil mencicipi makanan dan minuman itu, pengunjung akan mendapatkan pemandangan yang mencuci mata. Ya terlihat sebagian Kota Batu dan gunung Panderman.

Bukan hanya dijadikan tempat nongkrong bagi kaum milineal, tempat itu juga sering dijadikan untuk sesi pemotretan untuk acara pre wedding.  Jangan ditanya lagi setiap harinya ada puluhan pengunjung yang mampir di sana. Tentunya dipilih selain sebagai tempat nongkrong juga, tempat berswafoto.
