JATIMTIMES - Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang terus meningkatkan daya saing para pedagang paser dan melakukan berbagai terobosan inovasi dalam mewujudkan transformasi digital di tengah menjamurnya toko ritel modern di Kabupaten Malang.
Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Pasar dan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) Disperindag Kabupaten Malang Laili Aliyah menyampaikan, pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Malang saat ini mengalami tantangan dan persaingan dagang yang cukup berat dengan toko ritel modern. Selain itu, meningkatnya aktivitas belanja secara online yang membuat daya beli masyarakat di pasar tradisional menurun juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri.

Laili menyebut, sesuai dengan petunjuk dan arahan Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi, Disperindag Kabupaten Malang telah menyusun beberapa program kerja serta inovasi, khususnya di bidang pengelolaan pasar untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan para pedagang di pasar tradisional agar tidak terus menurun.
"Kami diminta Pak Bupati untuk terus berinovasi. Salah satunya melalui Sekolah Pedagang bersama Indomaret. Pedagang diberikan bekal bagaimana menata dagangan, memperbaiki pencahayaan, pengecatan, hingga pelayanan agar bisa bersaing dengan pasar modern," ungkap Laili.
Program tersebut telah diterapkan di Pasar Tumpang. Menurutnya, program tersebut dalam waktu dekat akan segera dikembangkan dan diperluas untuk menjangkau pasar-pasar tradisional yang ada di Kabupaten Malang. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha mikro di sektor perdagangan.
Selain itu, Disperindag Kabupaten Malang juga telah mulai menyiapkan beberapa program menuju transformasi digital pasar tradisional melalui kolaborasi dengan Universitas Brawijaya (UB). Ia menyebut, kolaborasi dengan UB tersebut diarahkan untuk membuka akses pasar yang lebih luas tanpa menghilangkan karakter utama pasar tradisional yang dikenal sebagai pasar rakyat.
Nantinya, untuk konsep awal kolaborasi bersama UB, setiap pasar tradisional dimungkinkan untuk memiliki administrator yang menerima pesanan masyarakat secara online yang kemudian membelanjakan kebutuhan konsumen dan mendistribusikannya melalui layanan pengantaran lokal.
"Ke depan kami ingin ada sistem seperti marketplace pasar. Akan ada admin di pasar yang membantu membelanjakan kebutuhan konsumen, kemudian bekerja sama dengan driver lokal untuk mengantarkan pesanan. Ini menjadi salah satu upaya agar pasar tradisional tetap eksis di era digital," jelas Laili.

Menurutnya, melalui transformasi digital tersebut, diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku konsumen sekaligus membuka peluang baru bagi para pedagang pasar tradisional untuk memperluas pasar tanpa harus meninggalkan aktivitas perdagangan konvensional di masing-masing pasar tradisional.
Lebih lanjut, di tengah tantangan yang semakin kompleks tersebut, Disperindag Kabupaten Malang tetap menargetkan penerimaan retribusi pasar tahun 2026 sebesar hingga Rp 22 miliar. Menurutnya, target penerimaan retribusi pasar tersebut menjadi indikator bahwa penguatan sektor perdagangan melalui pasar tradisional harus berjalan seiring dengan peningkatan kualitas layanan, modernisasi pengelolaan pasar dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital.
Pihaknya pun meyakini, rangkaian program revitalisasi, penguatan kapasitas pedagang dan digitalisasi pasar tradisional akan menjadi fondasi penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan pasar tradisional sebagai penggerak ekonomi kerakyatan.
"Kami berharap pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Malang semakin maju, mampu bersaing dengan pasar modern maupun perdagangan online, sehingga perekonomian masyarakat terus meningkat," pungkas Laili.
