Wagub Jatim Emil Elestianto Dardak bersama sejumlah Anggota Komisi B DPRD Jatim menemui massa peternak.
JATIMTIMES ayam petelur dari berbagai daerah menggelar aksi unjuk rasa damai di depan Gedung DPRD Jawa Timur (Jatim ), Senin (29/6/2026). Massa aksi datang untuk wadul dan menjerit terkait hancurnya harga telur di tingkat produsen.
Selain itu, para pedagang juga mengeluhkan melonjaknya harga pakan yang membuat usaha mereka kian terancam gulung tikar. Koordinator Peternak Telur Blitar, Yessi Yuni , membeberkan bahwa saat ini harga pembelian telur di tingkat peternak anjlok drastis ke kisaran Rp16.000 hingga Rp17.000 per kilogram.

Kondisi tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan harga di tingkat konsumen yang menurut data Sistem Informasi Ketersediaan dan Perkembangan Harga Bahan Pokok (Siskaperbapo ) justru masih bertengger di angka Rp25.000 hingga Rp26.000 per kilogram.
"Lebih dari 50 persen biaya produksi peternak berasal dari pakan, terutama jagung yang saat ini harganya di lapangan sudah melambung mencapai Rp6.000 hingga Rp7.000 per kilogram," ujarnya.
"Kami berharap harga acuan pembelian telur minimal di kisaran Rp24.500 hingga Rp26.500 per kilogram atau ada margin 10 persen agar cost pemeliharaan dan pakan tidak terus merugi," lanjut Yessi.
Para peternak menyayangkan belum adanya tindakan nyata dari Satgas Pangan di tingkat provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota untuk mengawal Surat Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional tertanggal 9 Juni 2026. Padahal, regulasi tersebut menetapkan Harga Acuan Pembelian (HAP) di tingkat produsen sebesar Rp26.000 per kilogram dan Harga Acuan Konsumen (HAK) Rp30.000 per kilogram. Tingginya disparitas harga ini mengindikasikan adanya margin keuntungan tidak wajar yang dinikmati jaringan pedagang perantara (middleman).
Aksi unjuk rasa di jalanan ini langsung direspons cepat oleh pihak eksekutif dan legislatif yang berada di lokasi. Wakil Gubernur (Wagub) Jatim, Emil Elestianto Dardak , bersama sejumlah Anggota Komisi B DPRD Jatim bergegas menemui massa.
Mereka sengaja meninggalkan agenda Rapat Paripurna yang tengah berlangsung di dalam gedung demi menemui langsung para peternak yang mengepung gerbang kantor dewan.
Emil menegaskan bahwa Pemprov Jatim tidak akan tinggal diam melihat peternak merugi dan langsung melayangkan ultimatum kepada para pedagang perantara. Dalam waktu kurang dari satu minggu, Pemprov bersama Satgas Pangan akan mengumpulkan para middleman untuk menyisir sengkarut harga ini dari hulu ke hilir.

"Kami mendengarkan langsung aspirasi teman-teman peternak petelur. Ada beberapa langkah konkret yang harus segera dilakukan agar para peternak tidak terus menjual telur di bawah harga pokok produksi. Jangan hanya bicara teori, tetapi harus melihat realita di lapangan. Kalau peternak tidak mau rugi, maka kita harus mencari formulasi harga yang bisa diterima semua pihak," tegas Emil.
Selain menata rantai pasok niaga komoditas, Wagub Emil menyatakan telah berkoordinasi dengan Direktorat Siber Polda Jatim untuk memburu akun-akun media sosial yang diduga sengaja menyebarkan informasi hoaks demi menekan psikologi pasar dan mempermainkan harga di tingkat peternak.
"Isu-isu yang berkembang di media sosial dan membuat kepanikan pasar juga akan ditertibkan. Jangan sampai ada informasi yang menyesatkan dan merugikan peternak. Kami berterima kasih kepada Polda Jatim yang hari ini hadir langsung menerima aspirasi dan segera mengambil langkah," lanjutnya.
Untuk menjamin nasib sektor peternakan Jatim ke depan, Pemprov Jatim menyiapkan dua solusi berkelanjutan. Dalam jangka menengah, akan dibentuk Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) Perlindungan Peternak untuk merumuskan kebijakan komprehensif terkait biaya produksi dan pakan. Sementara untuk solusi jangka panjang, Pemprov bersama DPRD Jatim berkomitmen menggolkan payung hukum berkekuatan tetap berupa Peraturan Daerah (Perda) tentang Perlindungan Peternak Jatim.
