Penyaluran bantuan pangan di Desa Langkap.
JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kecamatan Bangsalsari terus mengawal pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Pangan (PBP) Tahun 2026 yang saat ini memasuki tahapan penyaluran di Desa Langkap.
Setelah sebelumnya penyaluran bantuan pangan dilaksanakan secara bertahap di sejumlah desa seperti Badean, Banjarsari, Bangsalsari, Tugusari, Sukorejo, Curahkalong, dan Gambirono, kini giliran masyarakat Desa Langkap menerima bantuan berupa beras dan minyak goreng untuk alokasi bulan Februari–Maret 2026.

Kegiatan penyaluran bantuan pangan yang digelar pada Rabu (10/6/2026) tersebut berlangsung di Balai Desa Langkap, dengan melibatkan Pemerintah Desa Langkap, Perum Bulog Kabupaten Jember, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Jember, babinsa Langkap, serta satpol PP yang turut mengawal jalannya distribusi bantuan kepada masyarakat.
Program Bantuan Pangan tahun 2026 memberikan bantuan berupa 20 kilogram beras dan 4 liter minyak goreng kepada setiap keluarga penerima manfaat. Dalam pelaksanaannya, masyarakat diwajibkan memenuhi persyaratan administrasi yang telah ditetapkan. Di antaranya membawa undangan dan identitas diri sebagai bentuk verifikasi penerima bantuan agar penyaluran berjalan tertib dan tepat sasaran.
Berdasarkan data yang diterima, Desa Langkap memperoleh alokasi sebanyak 1.373 paket bantuan pangan. Penyaluran dilakukan secara bertahap per dusun guna menghindari penumpukan antrean dan mempermudah pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pada tahap pertama yang berlangsung pada Rabu (10/6/2026), bantuan disalurkan kepada warga Dusun Tegalan dengan jumlah 343 paket bantuan pangan.
Selanjutnya, proses distribusi akan diteruskan pada hari berikutnya sesuai jadwal yang telah disusun pemerintah desa. Pada Kamis, bantuan akan disalurkan kepada masyarakat Dusun Sumbergebang, sedangkan pada Jumat giliran warga Dusun Krajan yang akan menerima bantuan pangan tersebut.
Pola distribusi bertahap per dusun ini menjadi bagian dari strategi yang diterapkan Pemerintah Kecamatan Bangsalsari bersama pemerintah desa untuk menjaga ketertiban pelaksanaan program. Strategi serupa sebelumnya telah diterapkan di Desa Tugusari yang memiliki jumlah penerima manfaat sangat besar, sehingga penyaluran dilakukan selama beberapa hari berdasarkan wilayah dusun. Pendekatan tersebut dinilai efektif dalam mengurangi kepadatan antrean sekaligus memberikan pelayanan yang lebih nyaman bagi masyarakat.
Kasi PMKS Kecamatan Bangsalsari, Kabupaten Jember, Novi Arifiani, menjelaskan bahwa pemantauan dan koordinasi yang dilakukan pemerintah kecamatan bertujuan memastikan seluruh tahapan penyaluran bantuan berjalan sesuai ketentuan serta bantuan diterima oleh masyarakat yang berhak.

“Pemerintah Kecamatan Bangsalsari terus melakukan pendampingan dan pemantauan di setiap desa yang melaksanakan penyaluran bantuan pangan. Melalui koordinasi bersama pemerintah desa, Bulog, dan instansi terkait, kami ingin memastikan bantuan dapat tersalurkan dengan tertib, aman, dan tepat sasaran kepada seluruh penerima manfaat,” ujarnya.
Menurut Novi, penyaluran secara bertahap per dusun merupakan langkah yang tepat untuk mengantisipasi kerumunan sekaligus mempercepat proses pelayanan. Selain itu, pola tersebut memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan verifikasi data penerima sehingga bantuan benar-benar diterima oleh masyarakat yang telah terdaftar.
“Kami mengapresiasi kerja sama seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Sinergi antara pemerintah desa, Bulog, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, aparat keamanan, dan unsur pendamping di lapangan menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung kelancaran penyaluran bantuan pangan. Harapan kami, bantuan ini dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat dan memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi keluarga penerima manfaat,” tambah Novi.
Dengan berlanjutnya penyaluran di Desa Langkap, Pemerintah Kecamatan Bangsalsari menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mengawal program bantuan pangan hingga seluruh desa yang menjadi sasaran menerima haknya. Melalui pengawasan dan koordinasi yang berkesinambungan, diharapkan seluruh alokasi bantuan pangan Tahun 2026 dapat tersalurkan secara optimal, tepat sasaran, dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah Kecamatan Bangsalsari.
