JATIMTIMES - Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) Kabupaten Malang terus berkomitmen mendorong percepatan transformasi digital untuk pelayanan yang lebih maksimal kepada masyarakat, utamanya di bidang pendidikan.
Sekretaris Dispendik Kabupaten Malang Rosyta Dewi menyampaikan, percepatan transformasi digital harus dilakukan. Pasalnya, saat ini zaman serba modern dan perkembangan teknologi terus melaju dengan cepat.

Ia menyebut, Dispendik Kabupaten Malang mendorong percepatan transformasi digital melalui penerapan Core Values ASN BerkAKHLAK. "Salah satu wujud nyatanya adalah pemanfaatan aplikasi LENTERA, yang memfasilitasi layanan kepegawaian dan presensi secara online," ungkap Rosyta, Selasa (9/6/2026).
Di tengah arus informasi yang semakin cepat, Rosyta juga mengimbau kepada seluruh perangkat satuan pendidik untuk dapat bijaksana dalam menerima dan menyerap informasi yang ada pada media sosial.
Pejabat perempuan yang sebelumnya berdinas di Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malang ini juga menyoroti fenomena "jempolmu harimaumu" dan meminta kepada seluruh perangkat satuan pendidikan, utamanya para guru agar memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai media pembelajaran yang positif, bukan sekadar membuat konten hiburan yang minim nilai edukasi.
Selain itu, Rosyta juga menekankan pentingnya seluruh ASN utamanya para guru dalam memahami Peraturan Bupati Malang Nomor 15 Tahun 2025 tentang Nilai Dasar, Kode Etik dan Kode Perilaku Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Malang. Di mana seluruh ASN utamanya guru diimbau secara tegas agar menghindari segala bentuk perundungan maupun tindakan yang berpotensi mengarah pada pelecehan seksual.
"Bullying tidak hanya berupa tindakan fisik, tetapi juga dapat terjadi melalui ucapan atau perlakuan yang merendahkan. Guru harus lebih bijak dalam berinteraksi dengan peserta didik," ujar Rosyta.
Sementara itu, dalam rangka percepatan transformasi digital, Rosyta juga mengimbau agar seluruh ASN di lingkungan pendidikan Kabupaten Malang dapat menjaga integritas sesuai ketentuan yang ada pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).
"Ketidaktahuan terhadap aturan bukan alasan untuk menghindari sanksi disiplin. Kita jatuh bukan hanya tersandung batu besar, terpeleset kerikil kecil pun kita bisa jatuh. Jangan sampai karena ketidaktahuan, Bapak dan Ibu PPPK akhirnya terkena hukuman disiplin," tutur Rosyta.

Selain itu, perempuan yang juga pernah berdinas di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Malang ini mengingatkan kepada para kepala satuan pendidikan mengenai tanggung jawab sebagai atasan langsung.
Menurutnya, pembiaran terhadap pelanggaran disiplin pegawai dapat berakibat sanksi yang sama beratnya bagi kepala satuan pendidikan yang bersangkutan. "Pelanggaran disiplin bukan delik aduan. Oleh karena itu, setiap atasan langsung yang mengetahui dugaan pelanggaran disiplin wajib menindaklanjuti," tegas Rosyta.
Lebih lanjut, ia terus mengajak seluruh ASN di lingkungan Dispendik Kabupaten Malang untuk menjaga integritas dalam menjalankan tugas dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Ia menegaskan bahwa integritas harus diwujudkan dalam tindakan nyata sehari-hari.
"Integritas bukan sekadar slogan, melainkan perilaku harian. Mari kita mulai dari diri sendiri, dari hal kecil, dan dari sekarang," tandas Rosyta.
