JATIMTIMES - Indonesia akhirnya ikut menyesuaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) setelah lonjakan harga minyak mentah dunia yang dipicu konflik antara Iran dan Amerika Serikat. Kenaikan harga energi global tersebut berdampak pada banyak negara, mulai dari kawasan Asia Tenggara hingga negara-negara maju.

Mulai Rabu (10/6/2026), PT Pertamina Patra Niaga resmi menaikkan harga sejumlah BBM nonsubsidi. Kebijakan ini dilakukan setelah harga minyak dunia terus bergerak naik dan melampaui asumsi yang ditetapkan dalam APBN 2026.

Daftar Harga BBM Pertamina Terbaru per 10 Juni 2026

Berikut harga terbaru BBM nonsubsidi yang mengalami penyesuaian:

• Pertamax (RON 92) naik dari Rp12.300 menjadi Rp16.250 per liter.

• Pertamax Green (RON 95) naik dari Rp12.900 menjadi Rp17.000 per liter.

Sekretaris Perusahaan Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, menjelaskan bahwa penyesuaian harga dilakukan berdasarkan formula yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah dan mempertimbangkan perkembangan harga minyak mentah dunia.

"Penyesuaian harga Pertamax dan Pertamax Green dilakukan setelah melalui proses evaluasi sesuai formula harga yang ditetapkan pemerintah," ujarnya seperti dikutip dari Antara.

Menurut Pertamina, langkah tersebut diambil untuk menjaga keberlanjutan pasokan energi nasional sekaligus memastikan ketersediaan BBM tetap aman di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Kenaikan harga BBM tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia. Konflik Iran-AS yang memanas sejak Februari 2026 menyebabkan terganggunya distribusi minyak dunia, terutama melalui Selat Hormuz yang menjadi salah satu jalur perdagangan energi terpenting di dunia.

Akibat gangguan tersebut, harga minyak mentah Brent melonjak hingga menembus US$111 per barel pada akhir Februari 2026. Padahal dalam APBN 2026, pemerintah menetapkan asumsi harga minyak sebesar US$70 per barel.

Lonjakan harga minyak dunia membuat beban subsidi energi semakin besar dan mendorong banyak negara melakukan penyesuaian harga bahan bakar di tingkat konsumen.

Berdasarkan data Global Petrol Prices, rata-rata harga bensin dunia meningkat dari sekitar US$1,20 per liter sebelum konflik menjadi US$1,46 per liter pada pertengahan Mei 2026.

Sementara itu, rata-rata harga solar global melonjak dari US$1,20 per liter menjadi sekitar US$1,60 per liter pada pertengahan April 2026.

Kenaikan tersebut dipengaruhi meningkatnya biaya distribusi serta tingginya risiko pelayaran di kawasan Timur Tengah yang menjadi pusat perdagangan minyak dunia.

Negara ASEAN yang Mengalami Kenaikan Harga BBM Terbesar

Asia Tenggara menjadi salah satu kawasan yang paling terdampak akibat tingginya ketergantungan terhadap impor energi.

Berdasarkan data Global Petrol Prices, berikut daftar negara ASEAN yang mengalami kenaikan harga BBM cukup signifikan:

Myanmar

- Harga bensin naik 100 persen.

- Harga solar naik 119,9 persen.

Filipina

- Harga bensin naik 71,6 persen.

- Harga solar naik 111 persen.

Malaysia

- Harga bensin naik 52,4 persen.

- Harga solar naik 84,6 persen.

Kamboja

- Harga bensin naik 39,3 persen.

- Harga solar naik 92 persen.

Laos

- Harga bensin naik 36,2 persen.

- Harga solar naik 117,5 persen.

Thailand

- Harga bensin naik 26,1 persen.

- Harga solar naik 32,3 persen.

Vietnam

- Harga bensin naik 25,5 persen.

- Harga solar naik 91,3 persen.

Singapura

- Harga bensin naik 19,6 persen.

- Harga solar naik 51,5 persen.

Pada tahap awal konflik, Indonesia sebenarnya termasuk negara yang paling mampu menahan kenaikan harga BBM. Harga bensin hanya naik sekitar 2,8 persen dan solar sekitar 7,5 persen, jauh lebih rendah dibanding sejumlah negara ASEAN lainnya.

Asia Selatan Menghadapi Tekanan Energi Lebih Berat

Menurut laporan Al Jazeera, negara-negara Asia Selatan juga menghadapi tekanan yang cukup besar akibat lonjakan harga energi.

Pakistan mengalami kenaikan harga bensin sekitar 24,49 persen, sementara Maladewa mencatat kenaikan sekitar 18,54 persen.

Kondisi tersebut bahkan memaksa sejumlah negara mengambil langkah penghematan energi. Pemerintah Bangladesh, misalnya, sempat menginstruksikan penutupan sementara universitas negeri maupun swasta untuk menekan konsumsi energi nasional.

Negara Maju Juga Tidak Kebal

Dampak lonjakan harga minyak dunia juga dirasakan negara-negara maju.

Berdasarkan data Al Jazeera dan Global Petrol Prices:

- Kanada mengalami kenaikan harga bensin sebesar 28,36 persen.

- Australia mencatat kenaikan harga bensin hingga 42 persen dan solar hingga 52 persen.

- Amerika Serikat mengalami kenaikan harga bensin rata-rata 16,55 persen. Di California, harga bensin bahkan menembus US$5 per galon.

- Jerman mencatat kenaikan harga bensin sebesar 13,3 persen.

Ketergantungan terhadap pasokan minyak dari kawasan Teluk Persia menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat banyak negara rentan terhadap gejolak energi global. Jepang, misalnya, masih mengimpor sekitar 95 persen kebutuhan minyaknya dari kawasan tersebut, sementara Korea Selatan bergantung sekitar 70 persen.

Dengan masih berlanjutnya ketegangan di Timur Tengah, harga energi global diperkirakan akan tetap bergerak fluktuatif. Kondisi ini membuat banyak negara harus terus menyesuaikan kebijakan energi guna menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan pasokan bahan bakar dalam negeri.
