SPMB Kota Malang Serba Online, Aduan Bisa Lewat Sekolah

JATIMTIMES - Pelaksanaan Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) di Kota Malang masih diwarnai kedatangan warga ke kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud). Padahal seluruh proses pendaftaran dapat dilakukan secara daring.

Kepala Bidang Pembinaan Pendidikan Dasar Disdikbud Kota Malang, Muflikh Adhim, menegaskan masyarakat tidak perlu mendatangi kantor dinas. Setiap sekolah negeri juga telah membuka posko layanan untuk membantu pendaftar.

"Semua sekolah negeri di Kota Malang, baik SD maupun SMP, sebenarnya wajib menerima aduan dari masyarakat. Jadi tidak harus berkumpul di sini," ujarnya, Senin (8/6/2026). 

Menurut Muflikh, proses pendaftaran hingga verifikasi berlangsung melalui sistem online. Calon peserta didik cukup mengunggah dokumen yang dipersyaratkan. Ia mengatakan sistem akan memberikan notifikasi jika terdapat berkas yang kurang lengkap. Verifikator di sekolah akan memeriksa setiap dokumen yang masuk.

"Jadi tidak perlu hadir ke sini, Dinas Pendidikan maupun ke sekolah-sekolah. Itu dilakukan bisa online," katanya.

Dokumen utama yang harus diunggah antara lain Kartu Keluarga (KK) dan Surat Keterangan Lulus. Jika ijazah atau SKL belum terbit, pendaftar dapat menggunakan surat keterangan telah menyelesaikan pendidikan.

Selain itu, Disdikbud memastikan peserta dari luar Kota Malang tetap memiliki peluang mengikuti SPMB. Syaratnya, salah satu unsur harus berada di wilayah Kota Malang.

Muflikh menjelaskan ketentuan tersebut berlaku bagi siswa yang sekolah di Kota Malang tetapi tinggal di kabupaten. Sebaliknya, siswa yang tinggal di Kota Malang namun sekolah asalnya di kabupaten juga dapat mendaftar.

"Asal salah satunya berada di Kota Malang, itu bisa mendaftarkan SPMB di Kota Malang," tegasnya.

Namun, pendaftar tidak dapat mengikuti SPMB Kota Malang jika sekolah asal dan domisilinya sama-sama berada di luar daerah. Ketentuan itu menjadi batas yang diterapkan dalam proses seleksi.

"Nah, itu yang enggak bisa. Kalau dua-duanya sekolah di kabupaten, itu yang tidak bisa," katanya.

Ia menambahkan layanan tatap muka di posko mengikuti jam kerja. Sementara akses pendaftaran daring tetap terbuka selama 24 jam setiap hari.
