JATIMTIMES - Konsistensi Polresta Malang Kota dalam menjaga tata kelola keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel kembali mendapat pengakuan. Dalam Rapat Kerja Teknis (Rakernis) Fungsi Keuangan Polda Jawa Timur Tahun Anggaran 2026 yang berlangsung di Surabaya, Polresta Malang Kota berhasil membawa pulang empat penghargaan sekaligus.

Capaian tersebut menjadi bukti bahwa pengelolaan anggaran yang dilakukan Polresta Malang Kota dinilai mampu memenuhi standar pelaksanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu penghargaan bergengsi yang diraih adalah nilai sempurna 100 untuk Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Tahun Anggaran 2025.

Penghargaan diterima oleh Kasikeu Polresta Malang Kota, AKP Totok Hariyanto. Selain penghargaan dari Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan (DJPb) Jawa Timur, penghargaan khusus dari Kapolri juga diberikan kepada AKP Totok sebagai bendahara satuan kerja yang berhasil mengantarkan capaian IKPA sempurna.

Empat penghargaan yang diraih meliputi kinerja terbaik penyelesaian rekonsiliasi SAKTI-SPAN Semester II Tahun Anggaran 2025, penghargaan sebagai satuan kerja dengan nilai IKPA sempurna, capaian nilai 100 kategori IKPA tingkat Polda Jawa Timur, serta penghargaan kepada bendahara satker atas keberhasilan mempertahankan nilai maksimal tersebut.

AKP Totok Hariyanto mengatakan, keberhasilan tersebut merupakan hasil kerja bersama seluruh personel yang terlibat dalam proses perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan anggaran.

“Capaian IKPA 100 ini merupakan bentuk komitmen kami dalam mengelola anggaran secara efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Kami berupaya memastikan setiap rupiah anggaran digunakan tepat sasaran untuk mendukung tugas kepolisian dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” kata Totok, Sabtu (6/6/2026).

Menurutnya, tata kelola keuangan yang baik tidak hanya ditentukan pada tahap pelaksanaan, namun juga diawali dengan perencanaan yang matang dan pengawasan yang berkesinambungan.

“Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik harus diawali dengan perencanaan yang matang. Dengan demikian, hasilnya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan memberikan manfaat baik bagi institusi maupun masyarakat,” tambahnya.

Apresiasi juga diungkapkan Kabidkeu Polda Jawa Timur Kombes Pol Singgih Rachmanto. Ia menilai capaian yang diraih Polresta Malang Kota menjadi salah satu yang terbaik di lingkungan Polda Jawa Timur.

“Ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen dalam pengelolaan keuangan negara yang profesional dan akuntabel,” terang Singgih.

Prestasi tersebut diharapkan semakin memperkuat komitmen Polresta Malang Kota dalam membangun institusi Polri yang Presisi, sekaligus mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta menjaga situasi keamanan dan ketertiban tetap kondusif.
