JATIMTIMES - Anggota Fraksi PKB DPRD Kota Malang Muhammad Anas Muttaqin mendorong pembenahan secara menyeluruh terhadap pelaksanaan program makan bergizi gratis (MBG). Hal tersebut salah satunya dipicu kasus dugaan korupsi yang menyeret manta Kepala BGN Dadan Hindayana sebagai tersangka. 

Anas mengatakan, insiden tersebut seharusnya dapat dicermati secara lebih serius. Terutama untuk melakukan pembenahan pelaksanaan MBG di daerah-daerah, termasuk di Kota Malang.

"Jadi bukan aji mumpung ya, tapi ini bisa menjadi moment untuk berbenah. Baik secara terstruktur terpusat hingga pelaksanaan (MBG) di daerah," jelas Anas, Jumat (5/6/2026). 

Anas mengatakan, beberapa hal yang perlu dibenahi salah satunya terkait persoalan administrasi persyaratan. Menurutnya, masih ada beberapa satuan pelayanan pemenuhan gizi (SPPG) atau dapur MBG yang masih belum mengantongi dokumen perizinan sebagai dasar persyaratan. 

"Seperti PBG (perizinan bangunan gedung) dulu lan IMB, mungkin tinggal menyesuaikan dengan regulasi baru. Kemudian SLF dan dokumen lingkungan, itu kan juga perlu dipenuhi," tutur Ketua Komisi C DPRD Kota Malang ini. 

Anas menilai, sudah sepatutnya pelaksanaan MBG tidak menjadi ajang bagi para pelaku bisnis SPPG untuk berburu validasi pelaksanaan program strategis nasional (PSN). Artinya, harus diikuti dengan pelaksanaan serta pendistribusan tepat sasaran tanpa meninggalkan regulasi dan peraturan. 

"Janganlah cuma untuk mencari validasi bahwa suatu daerah bisa punya sekian dapur MBG. Tidak seperti itu konsepnya Presiden, sehingga pelaksanaannya harus tetap diperhatikan. Kan juga sudah ada petunjuk teknisnya," jelas Anas. 

Terlebih dengan kasus yang menyeret nama mantan Kepala BGN sebagai tersangka saat ini, pemerintah daerah harus dapat lebih pro aktif dalam menjalankan program MBG di daerahnya masing-masing. Termasuk bagi siapapun yang akan membangun dapur MBG.

"Jangan karena ini PSN lalu bisa memberikan toleransi berdalih percepatan. Percepatan itu bukan menghiraukan aturan, namun kinejanya yang harus dipercepat. Itu komitmen percepatan yang harus dibenahi," tutur Anas. 

Ia pun mendorong agar Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang lebih cermat lagi dalam melaksanakan program MBG. Baik terkait pengurusan persyaratan bagi para pelaku bisnis SPPG maupun pelaksanaannya. 

"Silahkan diperketat bagi OPD terkait. Baik yang berkewenangan dalam pengurusan PBG, SLHS, dokumen lingkungan dan yang lainnya. Silahkan diperketat jika perlu, karena itu bagian dari tanggung jawab kepada pemerintah pusat terkait pelaksanaan PSN," pungkas Anas.
