JATIMTIMES - Perayaan Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah di Universitas Insan Budi Utomo (UIBU) Malang tak hanya diwarnai prosesi penyembelihan dan distribusi daging kurban kepada masyarakat. Momentum hari besar keagamaan tersebut juga menjadi ruang mempererat persaudaraan melalui syukuran dan makan bersama yang melibatkan seluruh sivitas akademika tanpa memandang perbedaan agama maupun latar belakang.
Kegiatan yang digelar di Kampus C UIBU, Jalan Citandui Nomor 46, Kelurahan Purwantoro, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang itu berlangsung hangat dan penuh keakraban. Dosen, tenaga kependidikan, hingga mahasiswa menikmati hidangan olahan daging sapi kurban dalam suasana kekeluargaan yang kental.

Rektor UIBU Malang, Dr Nurcholis Sunuyeko MSi, turut hadir dan membaur bersama peserta kegiatan. Menurut pria yang akrab disapa Sam Rektor tersebut, tradisi makan bersama saat Idul Adha memiliki makna lebih dari sekadar agenda rutin tahunan.
“Ini bukan sekadar agenda tahunan, tetapi juga tradisi untuk memperkuat persaudaraan di antara sivitas akademika,” ujarnya.
Nurcholis menjelaskan, perayaan Idul Adha di lingkungan UIBU tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai ritual keagamaan bagi umat Muslim. Lebih dari itu, momen tersebut menjadi sarana menanamkan nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, dan toleransi yang selama ini menjadi bagian dari budaya kampus.
“Melalui momentum Idul kurban ini, kita semua lintas keyakinan ikut merasakan kebahagiaan bersama. Di UIBU, seluruh elemen kampus membaur tanpa sekat. Inilah implementasi nyata nilai-nilai kebudiutamaan yang selalu kita gaungkan,” katanya.
Nuansa kebersamaan terlihat ketika mahasiswa dari berbagai agama duduk dan menikmati hidangan bersama. Momen tersebut menjadi simbol kuat bahwa keberagaman dapat dirawat melalui interaksi yang hangat dan saling menghargai.
Salah satu mahasiswi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris asal Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Afretina Alisa, mengaku senang dapat merasakan langsung suasana Idul Adha di kampusnya. Mahasiswi beragama Katolik itu mengaku terkesan dengan kehangatan yang tercipta selama kegiatan berlangsung.

“Saya sangat senang bisa merasakan langsung kebersamaan ini. Semua menu yang disajikan dari hewan kurban rasanya enak, terutama baksonya. Semoga kegiatan seperti ini terus berlanjut,” ungkapnya.
Kesan serupa juga disampaikan Emanuel, mahasiswa asal Flores yang telah tiga kali mengikuti perayaan Idul Adha di UIBU. Ia menilai pelaksanaan tahun ini berlangsung lebih tertib dan terorganisasi dibanding sebelumnya.
“Di sini kami benar-benar bisa menjalin toleransi tanpa membedakan suku dan agama. Makan bersama seperti ini membuktikan bahwa perbedaan bukan penghalang untuk bersatu,” ujarnya.
Melalui kegiatan tersebut, UIBU Malang kembali menegaskan komitmennya dalam merawat semangat toleransi di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Kebersamaan yang terjalin dalam perayaan Idul Adha menjadi bukti bahwa keberagaman dapat menjadi kekuatan untuk memperkokoh persaudaraan di tengah kehidupan kampus yang majemuk.
