JATIMTIMES – Aktivitas Seleksi Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) jenjang SMA dan SMK negeri di wilayah Kota Batu mulai menggeliat secara signifikan. Ribuan lulusan SMP sederajat mulai bergerak memburu proses verifikasi dan pengambilan Personal Identification Number (PIN) di sejumlah sekolah tujuan. Tak lain untuk memastikan pemenuhan prasyarat administrasi sebelum kran pendaftaran resmi dibuka serentak pada 11 Juni mendatang.
Kondisi membeludaknya antrean calon peserta didik baru tersebut salah satunya terpantau sangat kontras di lingkungan SMA Negeri 1 Batu sejak pagi hari. Ratusan calon siswa didampingi orang tua masing-masing silih berganti membanjiri posko pelayanan terpadu sekolah untuk mengantre giliran verifikasi berkas oleh tim panitia. Lonjakan ini dipicu oleh momentum hari efektif kerja pasca-berakhirnya masa libur nasional.

“Kemarin pada hari pertama animonya masih sangat rendah karena bertepatan dengan hari libur cuti bersama, yang datang ke sekolah paling hanya sekitar lima siswa saja,” terang Kepala SMAN 1 Batu, Anto Dwi Cahyono, Jumat (29/5/2026).
Anto membeberkan bahwa memasuki hari kedua ini situasi berbalik drastis di mana arus kedatangan pemohon PIN melonjak tajam hingga mencapai ratusan orang. Guna mengantisipasi terjadinya penumpukan antrean serta menjaga kelancaran proses pelayanan, pihak sekolah langsung mengambil langkah taktis dengan mengerahkan sedikitnya 10 personel operator sistem yang bergerak simultan mengakomodasi kebutuhan validasi data.
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi di loket pelayanan, mayoritas kendala dan tujuan kedatangan para wali murid ke sekolah adalah untuk memastikan keaslian penentuan titik koordinat letak geografis rumah tinggal pada sistem peta digital. Akurasi penandaan domisili ini menjadi fase yang paling krusial karena akan menjadi penentu utama lolos tidaknya calon peserta didik saat bersaing memperebutkan kuota di jalur zonasi nanti.
“Anak-anak dan orang tua harus memastikan sendiri bahwa titik yang ditunjuk di peta digital itu benar-benar akurat rumah mereka, karena kadang ada nama jalan yang sama sehingga kekeliruan itu harus dihindari,” jelasnya.
Anto mengingatkan pentingnya ketelitian dalam penginputan data spasial. Pihak panitia PPDB tingkat sekolah memastikan loket pelayanan verifikasi berkas ini akan dibuka penuh setiap harinya mulai pagi hingga batas waktu pukul 13.00 WIB.
Mengingat tenggat waktu pendaftaran yang berjalan dinamis, manajemen sekolah mengimbau agar para calon peserta didik tidak perlu cemas atau khawatir akan tertinggal dalam mengakses sistem pelayanan dari panitia.

Sebagai bentuk totalitas pengawalan terhadap pemenuhan hak pendidikan masyarakat, SMAN 1 Batu berkomitmen tetap menyiagakan pelayanan administrasi meski memasuki masa libur akhir pekan (weekend).
Mekanisme piket operator berkala sengaja diterapkan agar sisa waktu penutupan tahapan pra-pendaftaran ini dapat dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin oleh warga yang sibuk bekerja pada hari efektif.
“Meskipun akhir pekan, pelayanan di sekolah akan tetap dibuka dengan sistem piket operator untuk memfasilitasi warga. Proses pengambilan PIN ini masih akan terus melayani para calon siswa secara terpusat sampai tanggal 9 Juni depan,” pungkas Anto.
